Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles - Glendale

No complaints. Nice area, great staff. 10/10 would recommend.

We were in a room next to a main road and could hear the traffic all! Night long !! Everything else was ok. The breakfast was good and had lots of choices. Maybe if I had a better room my thoughts of our stay would be better!

The location is the best, we appreciated it immensely, the staff was friendly, yet did not necessarily follow through to address problems. The breakfast was not as good as the Hampton Inn in Sacramento/ Elk Grove, kind of surprising as it is larger.

Very good location. Expedia states that there is self parking on site but fail to mention it's $27 a day which actually is not bad for the area. There are two other hotels in the same area with free self parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a utility box or something I. The wall by our room that was noisy all night. Also the ice machine on our floor never worked.

The room was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was a little bit strange. There’s two separate parking areas, but they’re not connected once you figure that out it was easy to manage, but at first, that was strange.

Location is great bad order in the room, breakfast wasn't good (didn't eat) and the hall way carpets were stained like motel 6

I’ve been coming to Hampton for years. I love the location. However, this last stay was not the best. The front desk person booked us in a room that was under repair. Then, gave us a room with the AC that wasn’t working properly. Fortunately, the day shift Sunday front desk was able to transfer us to a better room. I think her name was Angela. She has been our front desk in the past as well. She is such a great lady. Thanks God for her.

But really dirty carpet

Location was great, lobby workers were great. Rooms were dirty tho and I didn’t like that one elevator. The ice machine was only on the 3rd floor which made it inconvenient. Waiting for the elevator was annoying. But still would stay there again because of the convenience and nice receptionist.

Nice variety with thr breakfast. Clean Facilities.
