The staff was amazing

The breakfast was wonderful I prefer pork sausages but you all had turkey sausages

Everything is good. The room nearby is a little noisy.

Breakfast was typical. Ice machine across hall was a “remember to never accept that again”. Kept waking us up. Good value for price when looking for a place to sleep and on the move.

Location,close to a good restaurant . Close to event center. Shower head needed replaced. Didn't work well. Floor in bathroom was not clean. Beds were soft,but old with 2x4's for frames.

TV remote didn't work, in-wall AC unit "screeched" when operating, ice machine only on 3rd floor and was out of order, just a very sub-standard experience for the price

Breakfast had several options to choose from.

The staff was very nice and the price The place could use some renovation or remodeling the beds most definitely needs to be cleaned under the mattress and box springs

Did not have breakfast The room flooring was broken. They used a wood laminate that was lifting and I tripped. There was hair on the toilet and floor that was not mine. The shower curtain did not close all the way due to the bar being installed poorly.

The only thing we liked about the property was our refund after checking out same day. Our room smelled bad, windows were opened, the room was not clean and sheets were dirty. We checked out immediately and could not stay under these unsanitary conditions.

Close to Wheaton College enjoyed my stay

Alarms were going on both mornings we were at the location. Terrible service and no one knew what was going on. Never staying again.

It was much better from last time stay no smoke smell .

Breakfast they need to change the menu, everyday it’s the same food , guest who have booked for more than a day will be bored .

Afternoon/Evening staff was an absolute treat! He was funny, kind and caring. Room was clean, comfortable and very big. Would definitely stay here again.

I chose this motel because of its proximity to Glen Ellyn, which is one of the places I wanted to visit. Despite the issues I'm about to bring up, it's a pretty decent motel. Everything in the bedroom and the bathroom looks old and aged. Didn't find any bedbugs in my room although it can benefit from a refurbishment. The front desk staff are pretty friendly. Maybe the house cleaners can get some training from them. The breakfast food is pretty much the same everyday. Fortunately, they are free.
