The room was not cleaned well at all

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast had several options.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very clean and peaceful as well.

Not the standard they are charging for, pool closes way to early and opens late staff was amazing but amenities could be better

Overall, our stay was just OK. The first night we were there the hotel had no running water (which was resolved overnight); the room was not very clean, with stains on the walls, curtains, bedding and furniture; the sofa mattress was horrible…just springs with no cushioning over them; our card reader for the door key didn’t work so it took many tries to get the door unlocked; and the hallway carpet needed vacuuming badly. Overall this hotel is tired and in need of renovations and a good deep cleaning.

Exceptional

Once we were to our room, there was afew stains on the couches, floors, and the curtains were also just filthy. The curtains did not close all the way, and I had to use the ice bucket to keep it closed. I don't want to be dramatic, but it was if someone spilled something and left it to dry instead of cleaning up. The sheet itself had a small hole in it and you could tell whoever was making up the bed was in a rush. Not to mention one of the bath towels had a noticible brown stain on it. During the night we were informed they were repairing all of the T.Vs and little did we know we would be hearing all types of commotion throughout the night. This varied from people running and down the hall, very loud conversations, yelling, and the sound of tools. The staff was friendly, but I hope the next stay is better than this one.

The staff was really nice and had some good continental breakfast options. Beds was a little uncomfortable and could have better quality of bedding.

Exceptional

We were a family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The room size was great 2 queen and 1 sofa bed however the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. The shower head had horrible water pressure. We were on the third floor. It was sad that the sink faucet had more pressure than the shower head. Breakfast was decent same thing all 3 days soggy scrambled eggs and sausage. Also had cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Our first morning the Manager was arguing with the clerk over what the night shift did not do and who’s job it was to take the trash out. It became a yelling match. Later the same day still more arguing. During our entire stay the side door was broken and didn’t lock. Luckily our floor was pretty quiet.

The pool close early. I had ants in my room and the elevator didn't work during my stay.

Plenty of Parking, Thursday breakfast was delicious (omelet) Elevator wasn't working for 3 days.
