Pool can definitely use a remodel.

Front desk staff was not very helpful. My room was musty and there was mold growing above shower. The door to rr was so water damaged and u could tell they've only cosmeticaly fixed issues over time. Charge too much for the quality of room.

They stole 50.00 dollars from us they are thieves we left that room perfect I use to work at a best westen I will never go back !!!!

Check-in was a breeze; breakfast variety hit well whole family; could use more outlets for electronics

We stayed for one night. For what we payed and where you are you would think things would be a little bit above average for the visit. Check-in process was forever and it was hot while waiting. The room was nothing special. Broken shutters and just a little outdated. The breakfast was cold and monitored like it was something special. The whole place seemed like they thought they were a first class hotel.

Always recommend

It sucks you have to pay $10.00 to park. Suppose this is the way of the future since the airlines get away with it. Would be nice if they put it back into the upkeep of the facilities.

Nice bike rental Staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel basically comprises multiple motel, er “lodge” buildings. Ours needed a sweeping out front. Our room was clean when we arrived, but was never cleaned during our 4-night stay. Apparently they only clean rooms after you leave :/ I guess that’s ok, but the towel service was poor. The least they could do is swap out your towels everyday with fresh. I had to go to the lobby to ask for new towels and what to do with the used ones. Overall, though we enjoyed our stay. It’s a short walk to the Glenwood Hot Springs resorts and the historic downtown with shops and restaurants. Of the motels close to downtown, it looks like best one.

Luv this place! Has something for e!

Our second time there and a early checkin room was available. Very pet friendly. Breakfast could have more bread options, but a nice pricey location near springs.
-
Breakfast was inadequate for the amount of people using it. They ran out of eggs and coffee. And the dining area was too small for the volume of guests eating breakfast. Rooms were outside entry.
-
Great hotel, very clean and lots to do. The breakfast was awesome.
-
Really cool facilities. Great room. $10 extra for parking is just terrible as a matter of principle. Never had to do that before. End that policy now.

The location was fantastic with quick access to great food, hikes, and adventures. The staff was great, the property was beautiful and clean, and the amenities were excellent. However, the bed mattress in my room was horribly uncomfortable, and I'm not even that picky! The sheets, blankets, and pillows were also not nice. Everything was incredibly thin and scratchy. I wanted to love this place, but I just didnt rest well at night, and that was the main point of the stay!

Walking distance to town

Everything was absolutely fantastic.

The front desk staff, particularly Andrew, was very friendly, helpful and professional! We always come back to this hotel because it is quiet, laid back, and we really like the firepits, pool and hot tub, and outdoor games. The location makes it walkable to everything is Glenwood.

Check in was great Mark tried really hard to get us a room where we wanted it. Room was clean ac worked good, shower was hot, bed comfortable, shampoo and body wash lathered really well. Having a double sink was also nice . There was no noise from the interstate. Hot breakfast and coffee was great. There where things to do for entertan disc golf, volleyball, corn hole, pool, hot tub that we did not use. Would definitely stay there again.
