A great stay here ! Updated -VERY NICE rooms , very convenient location , great pool and hot tub with garage type doors for indoor or outdoor options ! ( kids pool too ) , an excellent breakfast and all for a GOOD PRICE .

Oh, not to mention the $10 fee per night for parking.

Rooms are pretty well updated and comfortable. Very clean. Convenient to be able to park right in front of the door. Only part I didn't like was it felt so dark inside; it needs better lighting inside. Playground and green space is very nice to have for the kids that need to run.

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Our room was not ready at check in at 4pm. Room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Staff refunded our parking fee for this inconvenience.

Room was clean, a bit dated in some spots. Location was amazing, right down the street from Glenwood caverns. Pool and hot tub were great, my son loved it.

We stayed here for three days and all three days were great. The breakfast was nice, the staff was great, the room was pretty clean but I’m a super clean freak so no matter what hotel I stay at I always bring my own cleaning items and disinfect and wipe everything down. The view of the mountains was so beautiful and the convenience to everything made getting places super quick and easy. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Glenwood. Thank you!

It was our first time to this hotel, as a family, and we absolutely loved it! So much to do on site, and around! Having an outdoor pool made a huge difference, and we enjoyed it every day. Overall the property was fairly quiet, and felt very safe. Breakfast was great, and location was perfect for our needs.

Pillow top beds were great. The location to the hot springs was a nice walking distance and close to the bridge that takes you into the shopping district Very nice. We will be staying again in October 2026.

Great location walkable to town and easy access to the Rio Grande bike trail. Nice pool, large hot tub and several outdoor activities. Friendly staff. Good hot breakfast.

everything was great, the only thing that bugged us was the fact that the washing machines said it was 1.50 per load, yet it charged us 8.00 every time, and you always had to use a credit card, you really should be able to use quarters. Also the ice machines hardly ever had ice, there was only 2 in the entire facility, you really need more then 2 for that size complex, there should be 1 in every buidling
