Good location and a decent place to sleep for the Terrapin Roadshow concert in Two Rivers park. Bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful. Did the job.
-
Amazing place. I give it an 11.
-
Friendly staff but small room with dated shower and uncomfortable bed.
-
The place was very old and dated. Not clean. There was a stain on the mattress.
-
Clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was welcome too. The staff in the breakfast area was a lot of help.
-
Body wash and shampoo dispenser in the shower did not work. We were unable to get anything from the dispensers. It was very frustrating.
-
Very nostalgic. Clean. Very friendly staff.

It is within walking distance of downtown and each of the hot springs main locations, so that was nice. The body wash and hand soap were out and we notified them. Nothing was done about it, so that was disappointing. They didn't even go and check it at all, almost like not their problem. The bed was comfortable, so the sleep was nice. Breakfast was nice, when the waffle machine worked.
-
Room was nice and clean, The walk in shower was very nice with great water pressure. The only complaint is the beds were not super comfortable.

Good and clean rooms, staff were extremely helpful

This property is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Bike and rafting place right across the street. 10-minute walk to the Glennwood Cavern Adventure Park gondola. Rooms were clean and comfy. Fridge and microwave in the room. They don't tidy the room daily which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. I like having the bed made daily. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It was pretty sad. There is lots of room for improvement. I had cereal the first day and the milk was warm. We ate breakfast elsewhere the following two days. Theres a Bavarian restaurant in the parking lot which is pretty good and bakery down the road that has really good cinnamon rolls and ham/cheese croissants. Theres a doughnut shop opening soon on the corner which looks really good. We checked out early the last day so we could enjoy the hot springs before catching the 2 pm train. The office was very friendly and stored our luggage for us until it was time to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff!!! Great location for walking downtown, or to the amusement park, or the nice deli and also a great bakery! (Annie's)
-
No soap in shower. , not enough towels but excellent sleeping nice refrigerator and micro wave
-
Was a great experience! The check-in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable.
-
Cute little place and close to town! No complaints! Would stay here again!

The hotel is fairly dated but fine for a short business stay. There are few amenities to speak of except the continental breakfast which didn't being until 7am. Not a great amenity for people traveling and getting started early. The parking lot is a mess of jenga type spots. Likely won't stay again.

We pulled the sheets back to go to bed and there was a dead bug in the sheets. The A/C unit didn’t seem to cool the room down at all.
-
Breakfast was ok, enough to get you going.
-
I wish there’s bacon or sausages for breakfast when we stayed :(

First I will say that this hotel was conveniently located to everything we had planned to do there. Front desk staff was kind but not really friendly. Probably just a shy teenager. The room was clean, although very small, barely room for the little trash can in the bathroom. We ended up in a 2 queen room for just my husband and I. I would not want to stay in this room with a couple kids. It would be way to small for a family. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. Breakfast was usual continental with cereal, pastries, etc, but at least they had some boiled eggs for protein. We probably wouldn't stay here again.
