Check-in was easy, and staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved having vending machines and ice close by. Breakfast was perfect with tons of options.

It’s relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Walking distance to the hot springs and downtown Glenwood. Rooms are dated, could be a bit cleaner, there were several bugs in the room. Breakfast was nice.

Night clean place, but beds are not queen size as advertised. They are full size beds. No iron or ironing board. Maybe you have to request this?

The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was not friendly at all. She didn't say thank you once or welcome or anything- and she did not ask how our stay was, otherwise I would have let her know that we were not happy with the stay.

The Silver Spruce holds a lot of good memories for me. I’ve stayed there many times. The breakfast is always nice and the atmosphere is great! It was very relaxing to be there. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Every time I went to the front office there was someone there to help. Especially for the price, the Silver Spruce is great all around! Oh, and we love how close it is to the hot springs, shops, and parks. It was nice not having to drive much once we arrived.

It's a convenient place to stay and has the basics you'll need. Breakfast space isn't big enough for all the people and food is under whelming.

It’s an ok place to stay. Breakfast is disappointing if you like continental breakfast. They have the smallest options I’ve seen. Boiled eggs, toast, waffle and the regular cereals. Not a lot of options. The best thing I enjoyed are the towels they’re soft. The location is very close to downtown maybe 12-20 min walk. My relatives stayed at Laquinta which is the next door hotel they actually look nice. I would compare both before you booked. But overall we had a restful sleep which is important. 3/5 score!

Great, cute place to stay for our family vacation. Walls were freshly painted, room was a bit dated but it fit the bill and I felt like I was in Switzerland!

It was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The staff is friendly, and they are good about cleaning the rooms. It's also close enough to walk to most of the tourist locations. The only issue was the power went out for a couple of hours due to the heat, but that was out of their control.
