Nice stay. Old school property well maintained. Very nice breakfast with homemade? touches. Even though there quite a bit of road traffic (motorcycles, work trucks, etc.), somehow it was quiet-ish. Great location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Thank you

We stayed in the "condo", which is accessed in the area over the lobby and breakfast room. It was very home like, having 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen; perfect for a family ! It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Our check-in was wonderful with Audrey. The entire property was well cared for . Every time we came "home' we were warmly greeted by the front desk attendant. The location is perfect as a jump off for other locations and the town is friendly and interesting to explore. It would be our #1 choice for staying if we were to return to Glenwood Springs!

Clean updated rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could include less carbs and more protein and apples at breakfast. Great location easy to walk places. Reasonable price compared to other places in Glenwood Springs. Enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location. Perhaps a bit understaffed as it was a long wait to check in. Room was clean, but water pressure was very light. Not much more than a trickle. Breakfast was good for the price. The hum of the air conditioner running constantly at night despite it being 50 degrees outside was annoying. If you want top tier amenities go somewhere else. For the price it was good.

good location - short drive or walkable to downtown, river park area and gondola to the adventure park & restaurants; fast check-in, clean room.

We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in. Host was courteous and professional. We had an issue with our toilet. The manager stopped what he was doing and fixed it on the spot.

This place is like a motel with lots of vacancies. Breakfast was a zoo of people and just fair quality. We would never revisit it.

Perfect location! We were able to walk to everything. The room was great! Nothing to complain about.
