Excellent location. Super charming. Offsite parking is less than a minute walk. Glenwood Hotsprings is a 5 minute walk. Check out the 9 wings in town.

Nice place to stay

Room was modern and comfortable. Bathroom was decent but could have used another wipe down in the shower. Hallways were narrow. Great location but parking wasn't ideal.

There was a problem with our registration ... by problem, I mean that they couldn't find it in their system. So, they kept looking and eventually discovered that there was some glitch somewhere. Regardless, we got placed in our room and even received an upgrade for our inconvenience. The hotel is stunning. Very old where old needs to show and very upgraded where that is needed (bathrooms and windows). I will definately come back.

This hotel has old time charm with an updated image and decor. Centrally located in Glenwood Springs, it was close to everything and just a walk over the bridge to the hot springs. The rooms were small, and it was hard to find a place to hang or place clothing items, and we ended up just leaving everything in our suitcases. Besides that, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Great hotel! Comfy bed!
-
The hotel is otherwise good, maybe a little dated but charming-- hardwood floors in rooms! Just make sure you don't pay extra for the view.
-
I liked that this hotel was walking distant to the Glenwood springs pool and downtown restaurants.

The hotel was high end and beautiful. The lobby was inviting and had an additional nice large room for sitting with a fireplace. Wonderful coffee restaurant on site and bar/restaurant on site was excellent. We stayed in a new room which was clean and well appointed. The only negative was that they explained in check in they only clean the room every 3 days which was fine, except they did not come on the 3rd day. Our trash cans were full. I requested clean towels which were brought to our room. On checkout I mentioned the lack of cleaning and she mentioned she might give us a room discount but we did not receive. I would stay again just make sure they stay on top of your room.
