Denver Marriott West

Hotel was clean, and quiet. Great for 1 night stay.

Housekeeping was lacking. Front desk was inefficient. Arrived early and yet at 3:00 check in still no room! It really is very overpriced for condition of hotel.

We stayed here twice while in Colorado. Great location to Red Rocks!

Good- rooms were a bit small

Enjoyable stay. Clean property. Good location to shops close by and downtown Golden.

Location is great

The room was outdated and had a bad odor. Furniture was old and worn. Did not come close to meeting the standards that I would expect at a Marriot hotel.

The weather in Denver was hot. The A/C did not keep up.

The bed was terrible and the mattress had been flipped over. We asked them to flip it back twice and never did.

We enjoyed our stay there. The hotel itself is beautiful. Loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. One thing we did notice, our room seemed a little worn in. Furniture just looked a little rough, carpet was kind of rough had some wrinkles in it. But the biggest issue we had was our air-conditioning went out in the middle of the night and the temperature that day outside was over 100° so it was a rough night. We did not sleep well. we did not call for assistance in the middle of the night. We just powered through so that was our decision. I’m sure they would’ve fixed it and we called but we did not want to wake our child up. The outdoor pool was definitely our favorite part. It had a little bar so you could order snacks and drinks which was lovely and overall the staff was really helpful.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

The pool was great! Everyone was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was that the rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon, after 3 when I needed to be in the room. Otherwise I had no problems with the experience.

Clean, nice rooms. Staff was very helpful every time I needed them. Snacks were very overpriced.

I loved having a balcony

It seemed like an older hotel but it was very clean and well maintained.

The room's AC did not work. They swapped rooms, the AC was underperforming, and the new room's mattress sank into the box spring, creating an unstable platform.

The front desk employees were all friendly and helpful They also provided bags of ice for our cooler which was very nice. Our room was quiet and had a nice view of the mountains. We will stay there again when we attend another concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Its seems like the kitchen and bar could stay open later on a Friday and Saturday night.
