Reviews

Location Room service was only done to change of beddings and towels only once a week , not good when guests are staying for couple of days .
-
The room/suite itself was in great condition, with everything necessary for a longer stay.

Elevator didn't work the entire stay (5 days) so had to take the stairs every time including lugging luggage up/down. Staff was friendly and excellent. First non-smoking room we were put in reeked so badly of cigarette smoke that I got nauseated. New room still smelled like cigarette smoke (again, non-smoking room) but it was mild enough to put up with. Have stayed at this property before and had a very nice stay. Seems management isn't interested in upkeep or dealing with a room that, according to the front desk, was known to reek of cigarette smoke. If it's that well known with the front desk, shouldn't something be done? Also, toilet ran constantly which we reported so hopefully they'll address that. Parking was fine.

It's ok. Got us by for the night.

Didn’t get the room reserved and still paid for it. Room was dirty, floors not vacuumed, pillowcases smelled like someone else. We slept with the light on fearing bugs might come out—never did. Could not wait to leave. And room had the hint of cigarette smoke. Front desk was curtious.

Smelled like mold; HVAC did not work; fist hole punched in bathroom door; artwork removed from wall, leaving blank frame; elevator broken; bathroom tile cracked; virtually no wares at all; single chair in a room for 2;towel rack broken off wall.. is this a long enough list for Expedia to delist this property? I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far the worst ever.

Unless I missed it, there is no way to control the temperature in the room. Traveling in Colorado its can get cool at night so it was not a very restful night needless to say because I was cold. The heat seemed to kick on around 8am.
-
Nice and clean location with plenty of parking. We didn't have any issues while staying. The room and the hotel come with additional amenities consistent with the long-term stay. We liked the place overall!
-
There should be a trash can in the bathroom. Kitchen should have dish soap. Kitchen was useful.

We stayed 2 nights with our small dog as we were acclimating from Texas to the mountains. It was exactly what we needed. There is a trail and playground next to the property. The gym was well equipped. The room was clean. . The towels were softer than some of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. . We will stay again another next trip.

The best part was it was less than half the price of nearby places with free parking 10 minutes from Denver. Most places make you pay $40-50 just for parking. It was located in a quiet area, too, with a Dennys and a 7-11 nearby. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Checking was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Decent place
-
Great & convenient
-
The hotel seems a little run down, but the room was clean. First receptionist was very friendly. The other receptionists seemed mistrusting. You need to ask for pots and pans, hairdryers, and towels. A bit of a weird vibe with permanent guests.
-
There really are no amenities, no breakfast, not even an ice machine. I had to sign my name to check out a hairdryer. There is a kitchen, but only two of everything, except for forks there were none of those. Bottom line, everything was just "okay" and we will not be staying there again. I must say, however, the the front desk staff is very friendly.
-
It is was ok but the location is not good. We felt the unsafe. However the room was in good shape and clean.
-
The place was dirty and didn’t have a hair dryer. I waited at the front desk for ten minutes before someone finally showed up so I could check in. I would not stay here again.
-
Very comfortable and functional place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Will stay again

Parking was great, the staff was super friendly, bed was comfy and it had a great shower. Overall it was OK. Could really use some updating.
