You have to pay for most of the drinks (not included) Rules like: beach bar not for all inclusive before 11 AM or after 6 PM, ... A lot of noise coming from the beach bar (not for all inclusive) until midnight A lot of noise in general. Swimming pools not big enough for all the people Very expensive for the services included! The area is crowed, dirty and noisy

The setback location from the beach was a nice welcome adavantage, reducing light pollution from lit up beachfronts at night, reducing noise from music and talkers, and providing a nice short walk tot he beachfront. The food was tasty and decent drinks for the all inclusive package. Cleanliness was phenomenal, I think I saw floor being mopped 3-4 tims per day, tables were bussed promptly, and everyone was very polite The food menu did get a little repetitive. I would suggest mixing up the weeknight menu a little more. It would be nice to have a jaccuzzi section for adults as well.

We had an all in and it was just what we needed. Very nice pools and private beach. The food was nice and the staff was welcoming and very professional.

Staff, cleaniness, service mind, sauna. We stayed inside of the hotel during 5 days and had no problem enjoying the quality family time. The surrounding area (zero attraction in walking distance except for the beach full of garbage). The playroom could offer a bit more "unbroken" toys. Buffet is only available during the high season which was a bummer. We were fed but the food quality of the course meals are quiet disappointing.

Our stay at the hotel was very welcoming. Travelled with a friend but could easily travel solo here too. All staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is right on the beach. You can take a short bus journey (approx 30 minutes) to Durrës for 100 LEK (€1) if you want to venture out to the nearest town and explore some history and a different vibe. The bus stop is past the roundabout so ask reception for directions. Dinner was amazing with a wide range of foods to select from. Our room was cozy and comfortable and facilities were amazing....indoor pool is a bonus on the cooler days! If you like sunsets, then this is the spot to watch also. Liked everything but would be great if there was more of a fruit selection at breakfast, whole bananas and sliced apples and melons.

The resort itself was wonderful, perfect place for families. We have a 2 and 5 year old and they loved the soft play - uki (sorry if I misspelt her name) in there was so loving and always made it fun, playing music, dancing with the kids and letting them use beach toys to take to the beach, she is a real credit to this place! At reception Sylvia always had a smile on her face and made sure we were comfortable and all our needs met, no ask was too much for her. The food was all halal (except the pork dishes of which there would only be a few) and really good quality. The beach was well maintained and house keeping was excellent. The outdoor pools were cold but the indoor one was lovely and warm Would definitely visit again! The location is far from main areas like tirana and durres and you have to get a taxi to go anywhere which can be quite pricey. Unless you're comfortable and hire a car it's quite inconvenient Since it was off peak a lot of restaurants around the area were closed The outdoor pools were too cold

Very clean, Nice staff, very good food. Everything was perfect for us. Our two years boy really enjoyed the place , the outside playing ground îs surrounded by the washing section and kitchen.

We slept three nights in the hotel. The staff are very very kind, smiling and helpful. The hotel was highly clean, and good smells everywhere. I recommend Sandy Beach Hotel to everyone.? We will be back again?
