The location was perfect!, right by the beach . The staff were friendly and helpful, they assisted us in booking taxis to get around. The beach bar staff made the most amazing cocktails , Alban and Oti were very professional and friendly too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ overall, my partner and I had a great experience

The only good thing about the hotel was its location near the beach. I booked a room with a sea view, but the room shown on Booking was different from the one I actually received. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the entire room was affected by the bad odor coming from it. The outdoor swimming pool was dirty and had sand in it. The indoor pool also had sand and did not appear to be well maintained. The staff were also unresponsive, as they did not reply to my messages on Booking or WhatsApp when I needed answers while I was away from the hotel.

The staff was nice especially the night shift Mr. Ilir, he was smiling and talking to us at 3 in the morning and made our departure happy.

The location was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, it had everything you would expect from a hotel. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good selection and overall nice quality. The restaurant food was below expectations and didn’t match the overall standard of the hotel. The spa experience was particularly disappointing. It was not relaxing, people were jumping into the indoor pool and splashing everywhere, and there was no staff presence to manage the situation. It felt unorganized and poorly supervised. The jacuzzi was another letdown. The water temperature was quite low, making it feel more like a regular pool rather than a proper jacuzzi. When I asked the staff if it could be made warmer, I was told it couldn’t because children also use it. For a stay priced at around €100 per night, this response was quite disappointing. On a positive note, other parts of the spa were acceptable, but overall the experience did not meet expectations.

Its not worth 5 stars ,The bathroom was very small and there wasn’t hot water in the shower ,The TV wasn’t working and in some places the internet didn’t work ,There was parking but it wasn’t safe ,The breakfast was good but we had to wait 20 minutes for some omlets and pancakes there wasnt even forks!

All in all a very good place to atay, I highly recommend it!

Location The city is a disaster they need to finish the roads, the rooms look nice but need better detail finishing, breakfast is not up to standard

Definitely loved the property and its environs . The kids loved the breakfast as well, and enjoyed every bit. Not sure the spa was in function as there wasn’t any proper details of how to take part and do some spa activities when asked . But every order thing was in place.

Great location, parking on the road, nice pool facilities! Great view! This unfortunately should not be offered as a 5 Star hotel, because it is not one. This is more a 4 star. Breakfast was not desirable, especially having to go up to a counter to ask a waiter for a beverage then having it served in a paper cup. For 4 of the days we skipped breakfast at the hotel even tho we paid for it. The food/ coffee is not a 5 star standard. The TV barely worked in the room as well. The Spa was in poor condition, no water available, freezing cold jacuzzi- again, not a 5 star! The staff are not exactly a friendly bunch- breakfast ended at 10am, at 9:55am the lights were turned off and you were told it’s closed even if you were on your last bite. Food was cold and not at a good standard.

The place looks like paradise- and the sunsets from the hotel looks wonderful It was so clean - all day we saw the stuff cleaning - it is very important to them and you can feel it. The restaurant was so good - it’s the best in this area- the waiters are professional and really wants the best for you - we felt like important people there ❤️ The stuff get up at the reception every time you approach them ☺️ I think only one person should get up - but they told me it’s because they respect the guests

The property was nice. Spa was lovely. The staff was really really lovely. The front desk was kind and helpful. When you book “sea” view you don’t necessarily see the sea. I was on the side of the hotel that faves the sea but my room looked straight at trees. I couldn’t see the water at all. They shouldn’t offer those as “sea” view. Food wasn’t great.

It was clean I paid for the sea view, and there was only trees.

Location, convenience, staff. Parking spaces, limited and not well organized.

The value you get for the price is absolutely worth it. The spa isn’t very large, but it’s well-designed and includes a sauna, swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi, salt room, and an emotional shower. Alda, the staff member working in the spa, is extremely welcoming and does her best to accommodate everyone so that all guests feel satisfied. She communicates with a constant smile and kind, polite words. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant is definitely worth trying. Dining by the poolside view in the evening is truly elegant.
