My first time here was nice that’s why I booked for the second time. DISASTER, 4am in the morning one person just entered to our room, how can someone else have the same door card?!! So the safety is 0%.

No running water for hours, no one to take responsibility for it, after reserving the room through booking.com / the hotel didn’t have the room available ( they let is stay for a night for a lower price because of that -30€ ) The cleaning lady came in the room while we were sleeping Got there for 3 night spent about 15 hours instead, and changed hotels right after Extremely disappointed ?

Room was very clear and big, breakfast was delicious. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Big parking space in front of hotel, very big pool area. Esma in reception was very polite and helpful. Nothing!

The outside facilities are simply awesome! Huge pool Huge outside restaurant Big Bar Lots of places at the beach Room very clean The service was slow and very unorganized. (It was low season) They were 20 waiters present but only 5 working.

The pool area was large and never felt as if you couldn’t get a decent place to sit. The restaurant and bar area was easy access and the receptionist was so lovely and catering to any needs I may have had. I paid for a specific room and was given a boxy room with a view of the car park. When asked to get the room I paid for they were reluctant and moved me on my second night yet asked me to move again as the room had been booked twice to which I rejected as I would not move rooms 3 times in 5 nights. The rooms didn’t have any balcony’s which is quite unusual so it made the evenings stuffy and no where to dry wet beach wear. The breakfast was minimalist and standard and got boring by the third day so could be worked on as you pay a premium price to stay there for an Albanian hotel.
