Very small room, dirty looking floor (plastic, no carpet), uncomfortable matress with cheap feeling linen, dirty shower. Overall dated looking building and elevator. Really bad value proposition, but maybe this is just Paris. Getting something for the same price next to the Frankfurt Airport is immensely better value.

We stayed here one night after our Eurostar train was cancelled. The staff was so helpful and accommodating! The hotel was nice and clean!

The bathroom was a bit small. On top of the closet cabinet had not been cleaned in a while as there were some gummy bear candy or something on top.

The staff were nice. My stay at this place was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean at all—there were crumbs all over the floor, and even the bed was dirty. A terrible odor was coming from the bathroom, making the stay unbearable. To make matters worse, the noise throughout the night kept waking me up, leading to an uncomfortable and restless night. In the morning, I hoped to at least get a cup of coffee, but their machine was broken. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I definitely would not recommend this place. Also the wifi at this place doesn't work.

The location was good. Only 35min to Eiffel Tower Your staff(Receptionist) was not friendly and professional. I don't know whether because of English language. She couldn't even smile as a welcome. We went out and came back very late at the hotel and she wouldn't even lift her eyes to see who is even entering the premises. That was a very bad and unprofessional receptionist she offered. Please look into this and address this issue, as this can withdraw away customers.
