My room had a beautiful private balcony that I used a lot. The breakfast room and the rooftop terrace also had a wonderful view. This is a small family hotel and I enjoyed the view and quietness of this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We did a couple of days in Goreme and loved this property for many reasons. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm of this family-run property. Senol, the owner, was often available. He has incredible knowledge of the surrounding area and was quick to offer tips (ex. where to eat, what to see, fee-free ATM, etc). He helped us book a several additions on our trip, namely a hot air balloon ride and airport transfer at that last minute. He made everything so simple.. We were charmed by the antiques around the property and it seemed like each one had a special memory for him. We loved the location. Our first morning, we watched the hot air balloons take off from their terrace. The view was incredible. After seeing this, we bit the bullet and asked Senol about rides and he was able to help us quickly book for the next morning with a safe and reputable company. Breakfast was good. The options varied slightly by day. It was served in a small space with plenty of seating. We had room 105, which had a small balcony area with a couple of chairs. In the room was a mini fridge and a couple of beds. It was perfect for our needs. Great to know was that they have a water filter system, making the tap water safe to drink, . We're animal lovers and we appreciated that the property and staff seemed to look after strays in the area. Not a big concern, but we weren't able to locate an outlet near a mirror in this room (she uses an iron for hair).

Amazing facilities. Rooms are incredibly built, spacious, and beautifully designed. Breakfast is incredible. Views of balloons in the morning are breathtaking. The host is very welcoming and will help arrange balloon rides, transport to airports, and recommend local food and shopping. Perfect location and all around 10/10. I would highly recommend to everyone!

The location is excellent, Goreme is the best place to stay and the hotel is walking distance to any place you need to go in the area. The room had good space. The hotel also has some nice terrace views to watch the balloons early in the morning While the hotel is called a "Cave Hotel," it is not an actual cave hotel; instead, it offers views of the caves. There are other establishments that genuinely feature cave accommodations, so this naming can be somewhat misleading. It's important to do your research, as there are several similar places in the area. I booked two rooms well in advance with the intention of paying at the property. However, a couple of days before my arrival, they attempted to charge one room to my credit card but were unable to do so. They then informed me that my reservation would be canceled unless I updated my card information. I provided my credit card information again, and they charged me for one room without my prior consent. I only added the card to secure the booking and block the credit but not to pay for it. When I arrived at the hotel, the owner seemed displeased with me due to the previous communication. I found his demeanor a bit rude, especially when he showed my messages to one of my friends. Overall, the service felt inadequate, and they did not honor the payment method I had selected during the booking process I faced another issue with the balloon flight booking through them. I was required to bring cash but forgot, and the local ATMs only dispense Turkish lira, while they wanted euros. They claimed to have already paid in advance for us, seemingly to avoid taxes and earn a commission. Most reputable companies accept card payments, as you can find online. After some discussion, the hotel representative revealed that the balloon company employee was a friend of his. I eventually paid by card, but the whole experience felt unnecessary and lacked a genuine effort to provide a solution.

I recently stayed at Vista Cave Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed, and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the start. The owner deserves a special mention—he’s not only friendly but also impressively knowledgeable about Cappadocia. He gave me excellent tips on what to see, where to go, and even helped arrange activities that made my trip unforgettable. His passion for the region shines through and adds so much to the overall experience. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view—watching the hot air balloons float by in the early morning was truly magical. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, and the price was very reasonable for the comfort and location. Speaking of location, Vista Cave Hotel is perfectly situated—close to the main attractions yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s the ideal base for exploring Cappadocia. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return on my next visit!

There are so many to choose from but this should be your #1 pick! The hotel owner was absolutely fantastic- from arranging a wonderful balloon ride (book early before you come!) helping us with buying rugs, restaraunt ideas, helpful with every single detail. The hospitality was amazing and when we come back, we will 100% stay here! Our room had a view of the balloons in the morning, it was wonderful to sit on the patio and watch, then get back into bed. Or watch on their fantastic rooftop. We will never forget our stay!

Our recent stay at Vista Cave Hotel was truly unforgettable! We spent two days in this culturally beautiful hotel, and every moment was a delight. The room we stayed in was a perfect blend of comfort and traditional design, making it feel warm and inviting. Waking up to the mesmerizing balloon view from our balcony was an experience we’ll cherish forever—absolutely breathtaking! What stood out most was the hospitality of the hotel owner. His friendly nature and genuine care for his guests made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering tips on local attractions and even sharing some fascinating stories about the region. Overall, Vista Cave Hotel is a gem in Cappadocia. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay with a personal touch. We can't wait to return!

The place was amazing we will definitely gonna go back here again to stay. The location was near good restaurants and shops probably 5mins away. The hotel owner Senol was amazing. He was funny, friendly and very helpful. He sorted out everything for us and even gave us discounts. He booked taxis, airport transportations and all our tours he managed for us. We felt safe and we didn’t have to stress about planning our trip as he helped us organise it. The breakfast they served at the hotel was well thought of and very delicious. Every detail in the hotel was amazing especially the rooftop, where you could see breathtaking view of Cappadocia❤️. Place was also being cleaned daily. All in all everything was perfect ? None
