when we checked in the trash bin was full of trash and the bath tub was dirty

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and well-designed, with a soft bed, air conditioning, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the small balcony with a chair, where I could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. One of the highlights of the hotel is the amazing terrace. It offers a fantastic view of the hot air balloons, and watching them fly over Cappadocia in the morning was truly unforgettable. Thank you for such a great experience!

The place had amazing views and the breakfast was fresh and filling. The place was everything I expected. Although the weather at the time of my visit was not that great the location was close to town and other amenities which was super helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Wi-fi was a bit unstable

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Göreme bus station. If you don’t have luggage, the walk is fairly easy, but if you do, I’d still recommend taking a taxi. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — probably the best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey so far. The room was also very spacious, and there was a jacuzzi bathtub, which was a really nice touch. In the morning, you can also watch the hot air balloons taking off from the hotel. There are too few tables or surfaces in the room to place belongings on, so many times we had to use our suitcases as makeshift tables.

Location and staff They gave me room 109, it had a strong sewage small which caused me to have nose allergies. They changed me to a different room for the last 2 nights which was uncomfortable.

From the first moment at reception the level of attention and care was wonderful. Ahmed was always on top of making sure your interests were taken care of with bookings and room needs. Thank you so much Ahmed! The cave room made the stay full of appropriate ambiance and was well appointed with mini fridge, safe, vanity, closet and comfortable firm bed. Huge beautiful bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Just walk outside the door to a terrace with stunning views of the valley. The breakfast was delicious and huge and the breakfast room has a gorgeous view! I made a bun sandwich and took cookies each day to have while hiking the local sites ?. The breakfast ladies were so attentive and quickly knew where you liked to sit and what you enjoyed eating. Can’t say enough about how this was a dream place for me to make my Cappadocia visit absolutely perfect! Thank you everyone at the Emit! It was perfect!

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I chose this hotel because pets were accepted. But our dog was not allowed in the breakfast room. (He is sick and we couldn’t leave him alone in the room.) I suggested putting him in the car. One of the young hotel staff said other guests were complaining. Then we went outside to have breakfast on the terrace with my family, but the terrace or outdoor area was not ready for guests (for example, no cushions on the chairs). As an answer they said it might rain, but it never did. It was not nice to see my family standing in the corner eating breakfast with plates in their hands when I came downstairs. They could have been more attentive about this. In the photos, watching the view and taking pictures on the cushions is one of the nice features of the place.

Liked the Terrace view, silent and spacious rooms, spacious bathroom. A great breakfast. Smooth check in check outs. Great room service by staff.

The entrance is bad and run down. There was water leaking in one of the cave rooms onto the electric sockets so they changed our room. The breakfast was below average and underwhelming

Location, staff, hotel, room, breakfast.. everything was excellent. Watched the hot air balloons flying over in the morning. Amazing stay

The staff is so kind and helpful, the breakfast and the rooftops are greats! I highly recommend this place to stay. The room was a bit humid, but the staff does everything to make us comfortable.
