Nice design, right at the top of the hill Well.. we booked a family suite back in Jan and fully paid, and just 2 days before arrival they said it was not available. They suggested other room which was smaller but we could accommodate at the end. It was just a bit disappointing but staff was trying to resolve the issues in the most appropriate way

the room that was given us at the arrival was, even if classified as the one we booked, but was not even close to the one shown in the booking pictures that shown very bright room with two or three windows. The room given us was practically without windows. I asked to change the room and so was done but the second room was without heating system. Anyway the kindness of the staff was helpful to solve the problem.

Beautiful cave hotel rooms with an excellent free breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Beautiful views of the hot air balloons from the rooftop deck. Hotel includes parking and is a short walk from the downtown area in Goreme. The hotel is at the top of the hill, so if you walk down into town, you will have a decent hike back up the hill, but if you’re in good shape it shouldn’t be a problem. We had a car, so we drove down to the city center for dinners, but if my knees were 10 years younger, we would have walked.

We booked the king suite with jacuzzi, it was very big cave room. Even it was freezing outside the room was very warm, heated floor was also nice. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious , they had fresh made pastries. I would like to stay again here in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at Divan Cave House. For a first-timer in Turkey, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The room had that authentic Cappadocia charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the Turkish breakfast—great variety and a lovely way to start the morning with a local touch. Nothing major. Just small things that didn’t affect my stay overall. Everything was comfortable and pleasant for a first visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience great was the staff. A special mention to Doaa — she was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you, Doaa, for the wonderful service! I honestly didn’t find anything bad about the property. My stay was smooth and enjoyable.
