Great value for money compared to many places in Göreme. Lovely rooftop with city views and a carpeted spot for photos. Good location near restaurants. Breakfast was decent. After an issue with the first room, the second was comfortable and spacious. Small family-run hotel with 7 rooms that met expectations for the price. We had an issue with room 101 which had a strong smell of naphthalene, poor bathroom lighting, and a difficult door lock. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room 103 (picture attached), which was spacious, comfortable, and much better overall. I’m rating the stay a 9 because of their flexibility, but I’d be cautious if booked into room 101, as it could use some renovation to match the standard of the other rooms. Overall, the staff could improve on warmth and guest interaction. A little more friendly and welcoming attitude would make a big difference in the experience.

The staff was very friendly and helped us plan our itinerary. They also helped us with parking the car. The room was beautiful, very well decorated and with a view of the balloons in the morning. Rooftop also had great views of the balloons and of the city. Really pleasant experience!

Customer service. Welcomed into room on arrival and courteous. The location is central. Food options within walkable distance. The hotel is a walk up a hill but my 3 year old handled it with no problem. Great view of hot air balloons from roof top. Smell. Yes, it is a cave room so a smell is expected. However if you are a traveler with smell sensitivities or allergies, the smell is overcoming. The stairs in the family suite for young kids is unsafe, so better for a family with older kids.

Beautiful and very comfortable. The triple room is wide with a lot of windows and it has everything you need. The internet is very fast. They offer a private parking.

Comfortable hotel in the very center of Goreme, the location is amazing, a separate pleasure is the terrace! Many thanks to the owner for the hospitality and help! Breakfast is almost personal every day, varied, but for us it was a little small in volume. Super vacation, thank you!

Spotlessly clean boutique hotel in the heart of Göreme, strategically located within 5 min walk up the hill to the sunset point and 5 min walk down the hill to the city center. Traditionally decorated rooms yet with all the modern conveniences. Spacious rooftop terrace where you can watch the balloons, sunset or enjoy the panorama. Hearty breakfast including seasonal fruit and veg. We had the balloon trip, excursions and transfers all arranged by the hotel hosts and all the arrangements were seamless. Many thanks to the hosts for a magic holiday!

All the staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr. Mehmet he was very attentive and really helpful. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful the Turkish breakfast is also good.

I love the place itself, really nice cave hotel. Their staff it’s amazing they arrange all the tours for me. They are always ready to help and the place was super clean, the breakfast was amazing!
