Caravanserai Inn Hotel

The walls are a bit thin so it's easy to hear others but it didn't detract too much from our stay as we were getting up early anyway.

Near to the town center, good view for the hot air balloon, room is clean -

We got a family room and it was perfect for a family of 5 everyone got their separate bed, rooftop view is amazing No elevator but that’s ok we got a ground level room

I liked the breakfast alot. There were alot of options. The location where the hotel was situated was awesome. It was close to downtown. People were friendly and honest. NA

The hotel is beautiful, authentic. Room new and clean. Everything beautifuly decorated. Breakfast delicious. View awsome. It is just the right distance from centre. 5 minutes to crowded and bustling centre, but location of hotel is in quiet area. Nice owners/staff. Nothing

Great location and nice view from the rooftop.

The location was perfect. The terrace is a perfect area to watch the hot air balloons - it was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast wasn’t to our liking but there was a fair bit of choice.

The room was surprisingly spacious. Reception was moderately helpful. The breakfast buffet is the same every day. But the ladies preparing breakfast are delightful

Amazing place, nice hotel with amazing roof wiev. Stuff was friendly and helpfull. Booked trip from the hotel around Kappadokia was amazing with the best tour guide Kenan.. Everything was nice. Very good location. Morning you can see baloons from terrace .

I only liked the location. It was close to the city center and had a good view of the valleys. There are lot many things I didn’t like about the property. - Hotel Staff: Just like everyone dreams of experiencing the hot air balloon in Cappadocia, me and my wife dreamt the same thing. I decided to book it through the hotel (as it is usually cheaper). However, this was one of the biggest mistake of my life. I relied on the hotel manager (Mr. Serdar) for booking the hot air balloon ride. He confirmed my booking for 15th April. On 14th April, I checked in at the hotel and personally met Mr. Serdar and spoke to him about the balloon ride, he said it’s all under control. He also mentioned that, due the strong winds, the balloon rides usually get cancelled. Accordingly, I had asked Mr. Serdar that if the balloon ride is cancelled for 15th please book us for 16th (which was our last day in Cappadocia). But the great Mr. Serdar did not book it for 16th and gave a very illogical and unsatisfactory reason for not doing the same. He was very very rude to us. I confronted with him, but he backed out on his own words. For people reading this review, I request you to not book anything with the hotel staff. They are not reliable at all. - Cleanliness: The room was good and clean but the bathroom had a very weird smell.

Breakfast could be earlier as for those who have early flights/activities.

Excellent themed hotel within walking distance to Gerome central square. Staff were attentive and helpful. Especially Furkan who went out of his way to arrange our forgotten luggage to be delivered to the airport. Great powerful shower with hot water (some hotels only like warm water is available) but here it was always nice and hot. N/A

Exceptional

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Caravanserai! The location is perfect, with a beautiful terrace that offers an incredible view of the hot air balloons – truly magical to wake up to. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and fresh ingredients to start the day right. The room was cozy and well-kept, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Bulut, the adorable dog who added an extra touch of warmth to the experience – such a sweet bonus! nothing!

Very good location just at the top of Town. Old style building with very comfy beds. Great breakfast on rooftop in mornings On ground floor can be a little noisy with people coming an going.
