The rooms were exceptional, spacious, clean and very pretty. It felt like a very familiar stay and the people in reception made it even more special. The staff were friendly and super attentive. They provide laundry service for a small fee. The location is about a 6-10 min walk from stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. Most activities that includes transport will pick up personnel at this hotel. Additionally, it is about a three to five minute walk to a well known and highly recommended Turkish Bath & SPA called TANTAN. No complaints.

Property was not in the hustle-bustle of the downtown center, but a short walk to a more residential quiet area. Not very far, and close to our favorite place to eat ‘Can Can’- which is on the way! Staff were great- very helpful with everything, and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast with a view of surrounding area from their enclosed terrace. Small terrace to view the balloons in the a.m.! Property and location was fine. Might be nice to have breakfast start a little earlier- 8 a.m. instead of 8:30?

Friendly helpful staff, fresh breakfast. You really can see the balloons from the balcony. They booked balloon flight and ATV tour for us. The resident cat was very cute.

The staff is amazingly helpful. The rooms are nice, comfortable. The hotel is well located in a calm area, close from one of the main hot air baloon takingoff field. Breakfast buffet only starts at 8h30 (until 10h30). Not compatible with an early start, but you can arrange an early breakfast with the staff.

Excellent hotel and breakfast. We did all the tours and balloon flight via this hotel and it was arranged perfect. All the personel is very kind and friendly! Would recommend to anyone.

Very cozy hotel with friendly owners. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk to the center. Very nice room with everything you need, I noticed the quality bed linen. Delicious breakfasts that were served to us every morning. The staff tries to help with everything. Special love to the kitty at the reception.

Our room had a shower design with half glass that made the water wet outside the shower, we told the owner and he told us that only two rooms had this problem. For room cleaning you must always request it with the door signal. For everything else, excellent. We must return there.
