The hotel is very good The guy was at the reception when we arrived, he didn’t clarify for us the price of the activities, so we have to pay more and more for the low value activities.

Нам все понравилось. Невероятно красивый и исторический отель. А номер был очень атмосферным и комфортным. Территория отеля очень разнообразная. Единственное что чуть неудобно было это - вешалки. Неудобно было вешать вещи и было маленькое пространство. В остальном все шикарно ?

The location is perfect close to the city centre less than 10 min walk away. It is on quiet street so you are not disturbed by the city noise. The roof top has an amazing view of the balloons. The whole facility is well decorated and well maintained. The rooms were large enough to accommodate our four suitcases and still not feel crammed in. The roof top and dinning area are perfect places to hangout after a long day of touring. Everything feels clean and new. The staff were always available, helpful and professional. Providing water bottles whenever we asked was very kind. The doors are a bit hard to lock.

Good view from the terrace. Beds were comfortable, and facilities were well maintained/modern Poor lighting near mirrors, made it difficult to properly brush our hair etc...

the location is in housing area but not far from city center, so it’s quite but also convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staffs .

The rooftop views are amazing, our room was spacious and comfortable, the scent in their entire facility is refreshing. The hospitality from the kitchen stuff during breakfast is so warmly and there is a wide variety of great food over and above the local cuisine. Nothing comes to mind, the place is beautiful

-- I had a disappointing experience at this hotel in Cappadocia. Overall, it’s a very average property with nothing particularly special, and the views were not as impressive as advertised. The main issue was how they handled tour bookings, especially the balloon ride. We booked our stay nearly four months in advance through Booking.com, and the hotel later contacted me via WhatsApp to arrange tours. Assuming it was safe, we agreed to reserve the Red Tour, Green Tour, and a hot air balloon ride. At no point did they clearly state that payment had to be made in cash. Upon arrival, they suddenly demanded around €2400 in cash, which we didn’t have. They allowed bank transfer for the Red and Green tours but insisted the balloon ride be paid in cash. Concerned, we checked other providers in Cappadocia and found a reputable company offering balloon rides for €170 per person by card, compared to the hotel’s €260. We chose the more reasonable option. When I informed the hotel, they reacted aggressively, claiming they had already paid the balloon company and that cancellation wasn’t possible. They sent CCTV footage of our check-in as “proof,” but the audio was unclear. As a group of 10, we all clearly remember not confirming the balloon ride due to the cash issue, so their claim made no sense. They also threatened to involve the police but backed off when we agreed. The use of CCTV in this way felt invasive. Later, we found similar complaints from other guests in Google reviews, which we hadn’t seen beforehand. This experience felt like a scam and overshadowed our stay. I strongly advise avoiding booking tours, especially balloon rides, through this hotel and instead using verified providers.

Breakfast lacks fruits. The day tours are more expensive if you book with the hotel than if you book somewhere else in the downtown, but the difference is not that drastic.

We stayed at Garden Suites Hotel Cappadocia for a week earlier this month and absolutely loved it. Breakfast was perfect every morning, and the staff were genuinely friendly and kind. Parking was easy, the room was spotless, and the large shower was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the private terrace with comfortable seating, and the rooftop is stunning - an amazing view. It would be nice to see a bit more variety of fruit at breakfast (not only oranges). Other than that, there was truly nothing to complain about.

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed and clean spacious shower. Nice design as well. If you walk around a bit you can have a nice view. Perfect price for such a nice hotel
