Escape Cave Suites

The property was big and had a lot of areas outside of the room to just chill and hang out. There is a cute dog, Luna, on site! There were a few kitties too but they were not disruptive. Check in was smooth and we were able to keep store our luggage upon checkout until after a tour. The buffet breakfast was great and had variety. The host helped us with tours but note that there are many tour companies around town that offered different pricing options. If you want convenience, book through the reception. WiFi was not reliable at times. The bathroom had a weird smell coming from it but we just closed the door so it wasn’t too bad

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staffs, great breakfast. The drainage system in the bathroom was leaking unbearable smell. A lot of dusts on the floor.

Excellent location. 200 meters walk to the cafes and restaurants. 400 meter walk to the view point. I booked a junior suite room and it was nice. Staff helped us to book a green tour at a decent price (45 Euro includes tickets and lunch). Hospitality is wonderful. Breakfast isn't great. Same items everyday. Has to be improved a lot.

Friendly staff and great location The room did look like pictures but the amenities need upgrading as they were of average quality eg towels, hand soap and toothbrush dish, hair dryer and loud AC. Surface level the room was clean but the corners of room and bathroom need to be cleaned better. Shower wasn't great as water got all over the bathroom floor and bed was hard. The restaurant next door played music every night so not ideal if you're a light sleeper. It would have been nice if the outdoor seating area could be upgraded and cleaned up.

Staff, Rooms, Location, Excellent Breakfast Drinking water isn't provided sufficiently. Although they didn't charge us for the extra bottle. Maybe they can give a larger bottle

Goreme Escape Suites was perfect, both for all the essentials - good shower, good bed, good coffee, great breakfast. The location was handy. The best thing was Tarik our host who took care of all the details and not only made sure we had the greatest time in Goreme but helped us out by suggesting what town to stay in next. He was right - it was delightful and only added to our gratitude for our stay.

Great location, easy to walk all over town. Any excursions that we booked we were picked up at the hotel. Hotel also arranged excursions and airport transfer. Cutest puppy ever there- Luna. Our room was large and lots of room for luggage etc. Breakfast was good with a huge selection of! Beds were quite hard not the comfiest.

I liked and loved everything. Our host was super nice. He speaks english which made our stay easier. He organised our activities and was honest about the ones we should choose. He also organised our shuttel bus. The room is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Nothing

There are very friendly and lovely staff especially , Telik was so helpful. Even I’ve changed my plan, he had been so flexible. I’m greatful for his help:) Additionally, their breakfast was amazing. I stayed 4 nights though never got bored of food! I definitely wanna come back:)

It was difficult to take a shower without wetting the bathroom floor.

Close to the centre and very comfortable to stay in. Room was upgraded at no extra cost on arrival. Tarik was exceptional and very informative at the front desk.

They sang happy birthday for me on my birthday and brought out a cake. So exciting!!! So special!!! Room was warm with heating. Perfect for winter. Room was amazing and spacious. Breakfast was awesome. On our last day, they let us eat earlier than when the Breakfast opens for any items already laid out. It was really appreciated as the airport does not have much options. The jaccuzi had a leak, but we put towels on the floor and used it anyway. It was ok in the end. Appreciated the effort to still make use of it.
