Staff was very friendly and helpful with all requirements, Guney is a great person in the reception and the room is comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious and with multiple options, locations is accurate to see balloons there, recommended 100%

They put a price on the web and then they change it. I understand it was a mistake, but they solution to their problem was to cancel my reservation.

They didn’t clean our rooms.

Its location, cleanliness and comfort Early check out time as our flight is in the evening and we’re with a baby. Now we’ve to wait and spend the time outside even if the baby sleeps

Beautiful traditional cave hotel with great views over Göreme! The room was cozy and full of charm, giving a real Cappadocia experience. Many thanks to Günye for being super friendly and helpful – he made the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Good quality for reasonable price

Our night shift host, Güney went above and beyond to make us happy even though there was some misunderstanding. He was hospitable and respectful. The photoshoot with dress and hot air balloons was not up to our expectations though Güney tried his best to come to a solution. We accepted because of him. Activities booked with the place are a little more expensive than outside.

We book a double room and we have a 6 year old daughter. I checked the rooms' photos and I saw the picture that has extra bed. Then, I checked hotel policies for children and beds and it said stay until 7 years old is free, crib is free and no info for the price of extra bed but it's written that extra bed is upon availability. I wrote the hotel 2 days before we went that we need extra bed. They request extra money but there is no information about the cost of this extra bed and even it's written that crib is free, so we assume extra bed is also free. We couldn't change our booking because we paid in advance and when we get there they charge us 750 TL (18 Dollars) for one night for extra bed. They need to change the room photos and also the extra bed policy information to be clear about its price.

The breakfast was basic and the breakfast staff was always grumpy.

AC wasn’t working, curtains were too sheer, rooms look too spacious in pictures. It was just ok. Had many other options in this amount.

Location is good. Host is good and breakfast is also good. The rooms are very compact. Cleanliness is not up to mark. Smells humid inside rooms and not required utilities provided.

Good location near Uchisar castle and market place. Good breakfast. Room was tight for 3 pax. Parking on the street was difficult to get.
