The stuff is very friendly and helpful, thank you a lot! The room was way too small for 2 people. It was a bit cold in the room. The floor was a bit dirty. Breakfast was okay.

I enjoyed having breakfast there. Made to order eggs. Wide assortment of extras. Staff there were excellent! Nothing to complain about.

The location is great. Breakfast is very good with a top view. The room was good with a comfy bed. Also very good was Ali, the manager, who arranged things (excursion and airport shuttle) and provided useful advice about money.

The location was absolutely perfect. I arrived late at night, but the check-in was smooth and quick, and I was able to go straight to bed. The room was small but very clean and just right for a one-night stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and everything tasted great. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooftop terrace was definitely the highlight—watching the hot air balloons rising in the morning was simply unforgettable. The hot water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, which was a little disappointing. But overall, it didn’t affect my stay too much.

Located at the center of Goreme, mini marts and grocery stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, cafès, bars are nearby. But still, its free of all the buzz and noise from the outside. All the staff I met were all nice and friendly. I booked this for the location, the hot air balloons are visible from the terrace / rooftop, even from my bedroom window. So, all in all its a fun, refreshing, peaceful experience for me.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great tips about attractions and activities in the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the center. The food was also very good. We truly recommend it!

Very friendly staff, wonderful location, quiet and clean

The staff was very kind and attentive. The room was spacious and the shower had great pressure. The hotel is very central in the city, which itself is in the center of most attractions in the area. We loved the breakfast which had great variety and local delicacies. We also had help from the staff to book activities at good prices and didn’t have any issues. It was a wonderful experience and the people working at the hotel made a big difference

You can see hot air balloons from the bedroom window. The breakfast had a great variety of food. The location was very central with many restaurants to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has the best location. It is in the city center you walk out of the street and you have all the stores and restaurants around you. The breakfast is on the roof top you can have a beautiful view of the stone formation called fairy chimney. The breakfast have a good variety of everything. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is so comfortable. I have a great view of the balloons flying in the early morning. The Ali Zafar the manager is very helpful with everything you need. Nothing for me everything was OK.

We spent a lot of time in the hotel room due to illness so I can confidently say that it was a very comfortable stay! The location is right in the heart of Goreme, a really short walk to restaurants and small supermarkets. The owner is really nice. The room is clean and bright, and the bed is comfortable. The wifi was fast. There is a nice view in the breakfast room / terrace. n/a
