Peri Cave Hotel

The location and surrounding is great, The host tented to every our wish. The parking was always available. The room was clean, the water in shower was hot. The WiFi signal wasn't stable in our room (it was a cave room, anyway).

Poor wifi signal and not much lightening

The quadrupole room is good, spacious have terrace. The bed and linen are good and clean. I paid 75 euro. So compare to money, hotel is good. Breakfast good but miss some cake/ desert.

Haroon helped us a lot with all our needs about excursions, including a last minute excursion. That's the way a believe any receptionist has to work! Breakfast is tricky, it start very late, 8.30 and the staff is not so responsive.

The stuff was so lovely and they tried to do their best, that’s so great. The room was good but not the bathroom because the shower was broken and you could see just some lines of water in different directions, not good.

We had a Cave room very calm and with a beautiful view outside the door. The breakfast was very good and the workers really nice. We slept very well in the quite hard beds, which we like a lot. The room equpipment could easily be upgraded wit coat hangers in the wardrobe (there was only one!!) in a room for 4 people. also hangers for the towels would be nice and the first time in Turkey I had no Kettle in the room. we had snow and the heaters were turned off in the morning.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent and the location was super convenient we had a problem with our bathroom - toilet wouldn’t stop leaking water and the door didn’t close properly. all other small issues the staff were able to resolve quickly

Good location Internet in the cave doesn’t work properly, a WiFi extender may do the job to ensure the service No cleaning service within 5 nights Heater was leaking water instead of fixing it they have closed it and i was cold the last night Breakfast is really simple but ok

Super location. Little hill opposite hotel is good location see balloons. But the room is in a cave and has some limitations. But overall the room is warm and the water pressure is good.

The facilities at the hotel were really bad , the bathroom doors were kind of broken for all 5 rooms that we booked. Some of the room’s heater was also not working. There were no cupboard in some rooms. The breakfast was okay but no one is there if anything gets over. Very casual attitude towards attending the guest.

The property is very central with free parking opposite the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The cave hotel experience felt very authentic.

Hospitality was nice, very welcoming. The place overall was great. However, we were double charged for our stay and they do not acknowledge that, and it makes it difficult to get our money back. Our group of 10 people were double charged for our stay and we still have not been credited back our money, a month later, because the hotel does not acknowledge this. Very angry about this! This taints the entire experience. Otherwise it would have been a good review.
