The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The ambience of the hotel was unique and memorable, and staying in a cave hotel was a special experience in itself. The overall atmosphere felt calm and authentic, which made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were a bit damp at times, which is understandable given the cave-style structure. I did experience a mild allergy because of it, but I understand this can come with such natural cave environments.

The place is very cozy. Family run hotel. Staff extremely friendly. Enjoyed the brekfast. Location is great close to everything. Will definitely recommend this place

It's was a very beautiful setting, the breakfast was delicious and there was a bit of difference each morning. The location is perfect. We could walk to Rose Valley (30mins) and sunset/sunrise point view (10mins). The family who run it are very attentive and helpful. There was a fridge and kettle. Bathroom, shower was great. I would come back again!!!! Thank you so much for our stay. The bathroom has a slight smell but you get used to it and it airs out. It is a cave stay so didn't bother me really.

The location and the hospitality was on another level!! Wry satisfied !! More options Restourant would be a bonus but then again the location is surrounded by Restourant’s and you really don’t miss it!!

We had a lovely stay. The location of the hotel is excellent close to the centre of the town. The pool is very nice and facilities are clean. Excellent breakfast and ver accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here last week and then chose to stay again this week, because we liked it so much! Loud shaking in the morning from the balloons. I know this is not the hotel’s fault. We also enjoyed a balloon ride, so I appreciate the balloons.

Very cute family-run accommodation. The woman running it was extremely nice and helped us with all our queries, - like calling to make a reservation for a restaurant we wanted to try. The space is ample and nicely decorated, and located near some of the rock formations. They served a varied breakfast with very tasty options.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views and location was the best. It was within 2 minutes walking distance from the main goreme high street with miles of stretch of road buzzing throughout the day and night with plenty of restaurants options. To the right of the main road you have access to key attractions all within 5-10minutes walking distances. Its very cosy and warm. Staff very friendly and kind. The smell in the bathroom but nothing could be done about it unless they install automatic air fresheners. As its stone bathrooms there is no proper ventilation. So initial the smell can be off putting but you get used to it eventually.

The lady from the front desk was very atentive her customer service went above and beyond, she was always willing to hep with anything we needed. The room was comfy and had an amazing cave room ambientation. Wifi could be better.

We stayed with our family. Staff was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay there. Location is perfect.The only thing they need improve the water quality and cleanliness in the pool.

Perfectly located to be close to the hot air balloon launching site and viewing deck. Amazing restaurants within 10 mins walk all around. Great breakfast and helpful staff! The room we had was a little old and some things were broken
