With flowers and fruit trees providing shade over the ascending levels of the hotel, a cool pool, homemade breakfast, and friendly staff, it was delightful. The shower water was tepid.

This family run hotel is formerly the family home and grandmother still lives in one of the separate areas. The location is great, the terrace was peaceful with a wonderful view. Scrupulously clean. Ahmet was amazingly helpful in coordinating activities and giving insight into the culture and area. Eka makes a wonderful breakfast with fresh baked pastries. Nothing.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best stays I’ve ever had in my life. My friend and I were extremely well welcomed and accommodated. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff truly makes all the difference — everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Omar and Fatma, who are responsible for the hotel; Enayat, who welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed; and Eka, the cook who makes the best scrambled eggs in the world!! I will definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐️

This hotel is everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable, and happy stay in Goreme Cappadocia. It's a beautiful place, I'd say magical, full of vegetation, flowers, and excellent service. 100% recommended. Thank you, Turkey.

The cleanliness. The atmosphere. Very instagram vibes. Night sky with bright stars and friendly bats and cats. Very friendly and nice staff. I already knew the room I was getting had no AC but I will say it was very humid and stuffy at times but we would leave the window and door open for the night breeze to sneak in.

The hotel is right in the middle of Göreme town, very short walk from the bus terminal! I arrived at 5am and the staff were very accommodating - I was able to use the rooftop courtyards and pool and got to see the hot air balloons just after I arrived! They organized for my room to be made available early and were very helpful in organizing and booking tours for me! They even made sure I got up and didn't miss my hot air balloon ride (I had slept through 3 alarms, but they came to wake me so I didn't miss my transfer! The breakfast was great with lots of options standing from sweet to savoury and a selection of tea, coffee and juices available! The room is decorated very nicely with beautiful Turkish carpets and provided towels, slippers and shower/bath products. The rooftop terrace is so beautiful with lots of plants and flowers, the rooftop viewing courtyards had lovely carpets and cushions which were great backdrops for photos and the view of the balloons from the terrace was amazing! There are lots of places to sit including cost swings, chairs and hammocks! It is a fantastic space to sit back and relax with a book or to sit around with friends and family to talk and laugh the night away! All of the souvenir shops and restaurants are walking distance, and all tours that are booked via the hotel come with pick up and drop off services! -

We absolutely fell in love with this place! The hotel is beautiful: the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is delicious and complete — although a little more variety would make it even more perfect. The terraces are amazing for watching the balloons, having a coffee, or simply enjoying the breathtaking landscape — even though we visited during the off-season and the decoration was not fully in place yet. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you might need. But the real highlight is the outstanding service and attention. We want to extend a very special thank you for all their care and for making a commercial gesture following a small misunderstanding (nothing serious ?). Your kindness truly made a difference. We had an unforgettable experience, and the only bad part was having to leave. Don’t hesitate to book your stay — you’ll create wonderful memories here! There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like; I just would have loved to visit when everything was in full bloom and the terraces were fully decorated.

Location for watching balloons in am and close to Main Street . Part cave rooms were great . Large and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well Bathroom tiles a bit too slippery. Also the full cave room (204) was a bit too closed in (no window to outside at all) . The full cave room was as advertised so no complaint and my son enjoyed it which was the idea, but in hindsight I would have booked another room part cave and part stone house with a window or 2 ! Still if you want the full cave experience go for it.

Great central location, very helpful staff who organised great activities for us. Great for watching balloons Soundproofing is very weak so could hear room above us. Swimming pool not filled in despite warm weather.

The staff were wonderful, the location was fantastic, breakfast was the best buffet possible with freshly made omelettes. The hotel rooms, breakfast room and all outdoor areas were so incredibly clean. But the room itself was spectacular. Best hotel we have stayed anywhere in the world. Would recommend it to everybody. There was nothing we didn't like.

It was an excellent 3 nights stay with family. Hotel can also arrange green tour, red tour and balloon flight. Breakfast options are a bit limited

Welcoming staff and good stay. The bathroom in family room did not have proper ventilation/exhaust which could be a little suffocating for the 2 single beds in the room just outside the bathroom/toilet.

We stay in one of the suites The room was huge, way bigger than I expected. Great location, i woke up every morning to the balloons flying over our room It did smell a little musty

The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the location could not have been better for accessing all that Cappadocia has to offer….but more importantly, Ahmet was just exceptionally helpful prior to my arrival and during my stay. Everyone at the property made me feel so welcome to be there! It was all good!

The breakfast is lovely. The staff are super kind and helpful. If you want any activities or shuttles organised, they have a company readily available. The view from the bedroom was amazing! Because the weather wasn’t great, we didn’t get to see the hot air balloons drift over the accommodation but I know it would be magical on the different view points they have! We absolutely loved our stay! We highly highly recommend staying here!
