The hotel was located in the city area. It was super convenient to go anywhere including the Sunset point and bus stops to go to other cities. The breakfast provided was amazing. Not super fancy but good enough to start our day. The building and room was a little run down but I would consider acceptable given the price we paid (you get what you pay for). We still manage to make ourselves comfortable very quickly.

Nithing This hotel was completely different from the photos — it was terrible and not even worth one star. The breakfast was a disaster: the sausages were old and completely dried out, and the fruit had clearly been cut days before. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall and injure my head. The hotel took no responsibility, and I had to pay a lot for the ambulance and hospital. The bed and sheets were in very poor condition, and the room was very small. The staff’s attitude was terrible and extremely unprofessional.

1. Very old and dirty place/rooms. 2. They don’t have 24/7 reception and when we arrived there was a non speking english woman that didn’t help much. 3. Very poor quality breakfast and not much to choose from. 4. The owner doesn’t care about his customers. He said that we should have booked a better place than his. Over all very insanitary place.

Toilet in shower was NOT good! Too small room. No chair. No elevator, but help was available to assist w/ luggage.

It's a good hotel located in the city center. There are restaurants nearby. It's really good hotel.

Excellent hubicaion, Alexandra very kind and always willing to help and even in my case always looking out for me. I appreciate it very much. Breakfast ok. The lady who serves it is very friendly. I felt comfortable and safe. The comfortable beds, good air conditioning. In general and for the price it is very good. The reception gives a very bad impression of the property which changes when you pass that point, the cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable.

Nothing to like Nobody to welcome us! Rooms were VERY dusty! We arrived at 2am in the morning, and they REFUSED TO OFFER US EVEN A BALCONY TO SLEEP. SPENT THE NIGHT SLEEPING IN A NEARBY MOSQUE WITH OTHER STRANDED STRANGERS UNTIL DAWN. ALL ROUND PATHETIC SERVICE! Mattresses on the beds made so much noise. We could even hear mattress noises from the room next door ?

I loved the location and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good and with a nice view of Goreme. I appreciate the staff and how friendly they are. The communication was great from the beginning. I highly recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel because of the perfect location close to the Sunrise sightseeing hill for the balloons. We enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very nice and the checked us in even in the night. We consulted the trip with them and they changed us also the money. I would appreciate better variety for breakfast which is served at the roof with the view.

The location was excellent, it has a great upstairs terrace & a super breakfast. Staff are lovely. We didn’t like our first room which had no view & was small. However, they upgraded us for an extra charge & it was very nice.

The room was very well located and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. The people who work here are lovely. Sasha was so helpful with everything we needed and very fast to respond. She went above and beyond for everything we needed and more. We were very happy with how nice everything was and would stay again.

The Location is spot on! And the price was crazy good for where you are. The rooftop view was really amazing as well. The room was a little cramped but comfortable.

The location was good! In the city center, but also very reatreated and quiet. And the view from the terrace, AMAZING! The mattress on the big bed was making a terrible noise, exactly like the bathroom door.

Next to the hotel is the Plum Blossom Chinese Restaurant and hro Travel Agency, which are very convenient and affordable to book various projects.The location of the hotel is next to Grammy main street, which is slightly lower, so the effect of taking hot air balloons in the morning is not particularly ideal.
