The staff were the nicest, friendliest people who helped us with the best suggestions, tours and made arrangements for us. We had the best time thanks to the staff. The location was amazing and close by to so many places and of course the hotel itself is beautiful. Great rooms and so clean. All in all a wonderful experience. Nothing - everything was great.

The location was great, the view of the hot air balloon was phenomenal. We can see the hot air balloon from the terrace. They saw my mom’s birthday from her passport and prepared a surprise for her, brought her cake! The staff were very friendly, super sweet. The room was always clean, the breakfast was fulfilling. Nothing.

We loved everything about it. The property was beautiful and centrally located to plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were the true stars though ; they made our stay truly memorable and are the reason we will return to Cappadocia. AYŞEGÜL was so amazing! She made my wife feel so special for her birthday. Thank you all for making our short stay in Cappadocia fantastic. You truly all left a lasting impression on us That we couldn’t stay longer

Great location: 2 min walk from the center of Göreme and on the opposite of the busy side of town. I had the best breakfast here within my two weeks of travel through Turkey, really great. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Aysegül for being super supportive and eager to help with any questions and requests to make the most out of my short stay in Göreme. Looking forward to come back again!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect, and the room was very clean! We felt taken care of during the whole stay, and when we asked for a late checkout, they kindly accepted. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to make the most out of Göreme. The location was unbeatable. The staff didn’t communicate prices well to us (18% charge on credit cards) and when I would ask questions regarding the AC there was minimal help

I would recommend booking all “extras” through another agency. The hotel messed up our airport taxi to the hotel (booked it for 2 and not 4), we had to argue that breakfast was included when I had a message from them clearly stating price included breakfast, and they tried to overcharge us for a tour we booked through them despite a previously agreed upon price in writing. They also had no communication with us about the above extras and required frequent prompting and follow ups to learn basic information (ie when did the tour start and where would we be picked up).
