Guzide Cave Hotel

Very hospitable host. Room and facilities were comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly. Vehicle parking across the street. Shower was nice. Room was spacious. Short walk to main strip, far enough away from any crowds. N/A

Very near the best sunset point, and close to a lot of nice places to eat and watch the sunset. The room was large and the bathroom was very nice - shower was really nice. Breakfast was very good - just ask for any egg you want. Everyone was super friendly and helped us book our taxis, excursions and balloon. They even made a gluten free birthday cake for me - which is a hotel first! It can be a tough walk up the hill in the hot sun - but easy to grab a cab.

This hotel is in a great location in easy walking distance to several restaurants, ATMs, and shops. When we arrived, the manager's sister was handling all of the guests and bookings because her brother had to go out of town. She was wonderful and took excellent care of us. Nothing.

If you book various activities with the property make sure you have cash with you as they don’t accept cards. We found that ATM’s in town charged massive fees for withdrawals of cash.

Guzide was an exceptional host that scheduled everything from me from hot air balloon to tours to other activities. It made my stay incredibly easy and pleasant! The breakfast was also amazing with immense diversity thanks to the wonderful chef Nesrin! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay here! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Göreme and within walking distance to everything you need, including restaurants, grocery stores, the Open Air Museum, and the sunset viewpoint hill. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, and the Wi-Fi works great. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. The owner is exceptionally great and accommodating, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend! Nothing at all, everything was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Guzide Cave Hotel and it was one of the highlights of our Cappadocia trip. Ms. Guzide was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, she treated us less like hotel guests and more like grandchildren she hadn’t seen in a while. By the end of the trip, we felt like we were leaving our Turkish grandma behind. We stayed in the Triple Room, which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Since Cappadocia was still quite chilly at night in May, we really appreciated the space heaters provided in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Stepping into a warm bathroom on a cold morning felt like a luxury we didn’t know we needed. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we had during our Turkey trip. There was a great selection of local food including different varieties of cheese, fresh breads and gözleme, olives, eggs, and many other delicious options. It was the kind of breakfast that makes you wonder if lunch is really necessary. Ms. Guzide also directed us to a nearby viewpoint that is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It turned out to be one of the most popular viewpoints in the area, especially during sunrise (balloon viewing) and sunset. Many visitors arrive by car but still have to park near the hotel area and walk the rest of the way, which made us appreciate the location even more. Nothing about the hotel itself. The only problem was that Cappadocia’s sunrises are so beautiful that I had to wake up much earlier than I normally would on vacation.

Guzide is an amazing host. We had to leave to the airport before breakfast and she gently had it prepared just for us so we woud have time to eat. I highly recommend this hotel! It is also beside the main sightseeing hill. It was a blessing to wake up at 4:30 to see the balloons and be ready at the hill in only 5 minutes! Everything was amazing!

Hotel was well located far enough to avoid the busy area but a short walking distance from the main street. It was close to a paid viewpoint for the hot air balloons. The room we stayed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and with a good variety of food, but I miss a good coffee and bread. We decided to stay one night more to avoid changing hotels but we couldn’t book online as we learned that booking app have some restrictions for Turkey once you are in Turkey. As I mentioned before I would have like to have more than instant coffee and better bread. The lady, Sister’s owner was nice and ready to help, however, I didn’t like her approach when we decide to extent another night and we asked for new bottles of water, she refused to give us more water stating that it’s only for the first night, we stayed 2+1 night more and next day we were leaving early without breakfast. It was night and my boyfriend was upset, he was ready to go outside to buy water but finally, she met him and provide us two more bottles.

I had What a beautiful experience! Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The property is stunning, perfectly located, and the staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Guzide, who was incredibly lovely and attentive to every detail. She made my stay extra special with wonderful surprises, including a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was delicious as well. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Our host was lovely. She was welcoming and very helpful and provided directions to attractions and places to eat. The staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were amazing and varied with lots of choice. Our bed was very comfortable. Our room was very clean and the whole facility was well maintained.

The hostess was extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were warm, comfortable, and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the cook was very kind and happy to prepare coffee or anything else we asked for. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for the great hospitality! The only minor downside was a slight odor coming from the drainage system. This may be due to the area or the nature of the hotel itself, as it is a cave house.

This place is just amazing. I will tell you honestly whenever you go our for trip psychology you understand you will be un hotel and its not like home. BUT!! Guzide hanim ( Hotel manager) and the vibes at this place made us feel like we came to other own home with full of emotions, positive vibes, comfort, delicious food and quality. Guzide (manager) was so kind and humble that we have made emotional bond with her. It was feeling that you dont want to leave this place because it become like other home for us. The breakfast was prepared with lot of love so very delicious. ( It was a feeling that mother will not let you leave home without eating healthy good food) so we have felt the same bonding here with eat breakfast prepared with lot of love. Thank you Guizde hanim and Dilek Hanim for making our stay ❤️ just beautiful memories in life. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 1000% LOCATION IS GREAT IN CENTRE, PARKING IS AVAILABLE, FOOD IS AMAZING AND POSITIVE ENERGY ?. Whatever you need Guzide hanim ( manager) will resolve for you, help you best for any arrangement in city. First time I couldn't say anything that I see was not available or not to be liked.

Location, the bathroom was very comfortable and breakfast was super complete and tasty! Some lights in the room weren’t working. We were missing a few power sockets.

It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable. I told them that I would leave the night before, so they made a lunch box for me since I would lose the breakfast the next morning. Very nice people.
