The location was amazing and walked distance to most restaurants and shops.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great! Everything was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for overlooking the town and easy access to Sunset ridge where we watched the balloons launch first thing in the morning. We didn't mind it, but others may not like have to walk up and down the hill to get into town (uphill walk on the way back to the hotel).

The location is brilliant. The room I got was not as per the photo. I wasn’t even a cave room. Neither was there any view.

The breakfast was amazing! They offer a great variety of food items and everything was delicious. They were able to help us book transportation from the airport to the hotel. The underground pool was so pretty and relaxing during the hot hours of the day (there is also a Sauna which is a plus). The rooms were really spacious. About a 10 minute walk down to the city center (the way back is uphill but you can grab a cab if you aren't up for the little workout). Wish they had room service, only because we had a 2 year old and she fell asleep early one night so we weren't able to go grab dinner.

We got a room upgrade for free and it was amazing! Restaurant only makes breakfast so for lunch and dinner we had to go outside.

Everything, rooms and the hotel itself were of exceptional quality, both quality and amenities in the rooms Pool was too cold so we used it once so that needs warming up; the lack of evening entertainment means hotel is very quiet at night and nothing to do so you have to go to the town which is only a short walk away
