Everything was perfect the estaf is super helpful feyza is the best and I don’t know the name of all of them but we are so grateful for all of them we came aerly amd they invited us for breakfast and let as keep ar logage antil the night they were the best thank you Mia hotel God bless you The terrace was beautiful and is very relaxing amazing view. the food was delicious and the staff was very nice

Room was very clean and comfortable for our group. Also very ideally located , at Goreme, which few min walk to the highest point, to get best view of the valley

Location is perfect. Balls can be watched right from the hotel terrace. We were four in the room, felt a bit lack of fresh air. Had to open the door a little bit in the night

The location is walkable to the city center, bus station and bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The staffs is friendly, hospital. Breakfast is wonderful. The terrace is also a plus point. I think I was right to choose this hotel for my trip Nothing

High up on the hill. The view was very nice. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were friendly too. Next to the mountain where you can go and view the balloons for 30 Turkish Lira. The hot tub was not clean. I bad smell came as soon as I turned it on. One piece was broken. One guy who looked like Asian guy had attitude. He didn’t help with anything or smiled when we got there. The rooms were hot because there’s no air conditioning.

Beautiful place, perfectly located with a short walk to town, and close to the viewing area. The views from the above bar/ restaurant are spectacular! Coffee, tea and water always available, and the reception lady was very kind and helpful, and helped with parking. There is only really one small outdoor hanging area for guests, otherwise to see the beautiful views you have to buy a drink from the bar above (which as noted, can fill up with outside guests). They usually only come for peak sunset times though, and it's fairly quiet otherwise.

Delicious breakfast. Great hamburger in hotel restaurant. It was a great location with ample views . Easy parking . Hot air balloons were so close!! The staff ( all of them ) super nice and helpful. Always with a big smile. Breakfast starts at 8:30AM . Wish for an early breakfast to start our day sooner. But it worked out okay.

Very good terrace location, ideal for sunset but not sunrise. Good breakfast selection. Receptionist and staff are nice.. No window in the bedroom and the lighting is dark.

Location, and the room, quite reasonable price compare to other hotels in same location Rooftop bar have sofa can be used outside guest always occupied inhouse guests no exclusive options to reserve, and bar is always crowded by outside guest no seats for inhouse guests, shisha is overpriced and not enough experience for staff making shisha, shisha is very bad not recommended anyone to order

Great location and the staff were excellent. They let us keep our bags at the hotel for the day while we kill time and let my son stick around the hotel to study while killing time. The staff were really nice

The location is prime. Likely the best in the area due to it's amazing balcony and high terrace. Fresh Turkish breakfast every morning, never disappoints. Outstanding customer service. Talha ensured our stay was flawless. The 24/7 availability of hot and cold water was a major positive point. The cats were all adorable, friendly, and well treated. The room didn't have AC, so some nights were hot. However, we were provided with a good fan that resolved temperature issues.
