The staff was exceptional. Helpful, friendly and hard working. They need a coffee machine or to brew coffee. Instant coffee doesn’t work for travelers. Too many cats for me on the property. I am allergic to cats.

Location of the hotel was great for walking to everything. The hotel lacks attention to detail. They have a great terrace and patio for guests but need more attractive style to its quaintness. The staff were wonderful and very helpful! Farouk made sure we got what we needed and was very kind! The breakfast was minimal. The coffee provided was instant coffee. Instant Nescafé. It could have offered fruits. No fresh fruit provided. The breakfast was offered later than most other places starting at 8:30am. Our excursions started soon after or right as breakfast was available, not enough time to enjoy it. The rooms did not have air condition and heat inside the rooms was unbearable, even with the window open. There was no room cleaning offered each day. The room was noisy in the late hours with other guests arriving after hours.

I was in Göreme with my brother just before Christmas. The Caradut cave hotel is everything you need to enjoy trekking in the valleys, and for a ship price. Nice and helpful personal, the accommodation is clean and conformtable, the breakfast is very good and the hotel has a great view too

Good location to Goreme ,room good size, comfortable triple arch room,Good view of balloons on second level terrace.Decent breakfast . Very nice ladies managing kitchen.Faruk very helpful. The terraces (two) were not well maintained,the furniture had no taste ,esthetics,as compared to view of other terraces.Some good furniture,some carpets may add feel . Some noise in beds ,maybe mattress,with every move was disturbing. The policy of providing water bottles only on day of arrival was not good,I hope they relook into that.Atleast one refill every day should be done and if guests ask twice in a day they can put a charge.once daily replenishment of water should be considered as basic necessity.

Amazing service, everyone was always attend to serve and help. The hospitality makes a big difference and the view in the mornings is great :)

Breakfast was okay, and good location to walk to the Otogar. I should have liked a room with a window to the outside, having booked ahead 7 months. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, which felt more like a cell than a hotel room. No cold drinks available other than 1 bottle of water, and no fridge.

Central location . Unique cave experience . Staff friendly and very helpful Only complaint is the walk uphill to the hotel in the warm weather.. but would not be an issue for most

We loved everything about this hotel. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants. The staff helped book and organised all activities for us. Tour of Cappadocia and quad bike tour. The view on the balloons was great but they could definitely make it look a lot nice with some chairs and cushions on the top balcony.

The location is amazing and the breakfast room as well as the rooftop desk has the best views over Goreme as well as the Balloons. It felt like I could touch the Balloons, 5 minute walk from all the restaurants and out of the main hustle and bustle. Able to walk from Taxis and bus stop. Lovely breakfast and Farouk was the perfect host

The staff were so amazingly helpful, especially the guy at the front desk. The location was perfect and everything was exactly as shown and described. The stay was so great and the view in the morning from the roof is worth every penny.
