Nice breakfast with nice view Very short the doors i am tall person 1.88mt was dangerous for hit my head.

Location was in middle of Goreme town with lots of food options nearby Rooms were not cleaned properly. Reception did not inform us that we needed to leave the door unlocked and hang the cleaning sign. When we did that on the second day, only the beds were made up, the toilet was not cleaned for all the days we were there. Mattress was also too soft and sinks in. Breakfast was so-so.

Great location and all the staffs are kind. The reception staff who can speak english isn’t always at reception in daytime and he always says tell me later after I ask to help something but he is very kind. And I don’t know we must leave the key for clean room so the rest room is so wet.

We had a truly memorable stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional — especially from Anas, who went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. He personally helped us book our hot air balloon ride and private day tour, and even offered to prepare an early breakfast for us on the day of our departure, knowing we had a morning flight. Our room was fantastic — it actually had two separate rooms and even a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful surprise. The terrace was the highlight: we were able to watch the balloons rise up close, right from the hotel, which was magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and that special Cappadocia cave hotel charm.

The staff were excellent, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful or friendly! The rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Whilst the location is very good, the rooftop is a little lower than others, so there is no sunrise or sunset view from the hotel itself.

The best stay we had during our trip. A family run business who are very helpful and kind. The hotel is located at a prime location near the main downtown market. It is at a walkable distance from Goreme Bus Station. We got an early check-in. The hotel had a clear view from its terrace of the skyline to watch the beautiful view of 100s of Hot Air Balloons. The room was a proper cave room and it was extremely cozy. Breakfast options for vegetarians were quite limited but manageable. The hot chocolate was amazing. The best part was that they also have a tours and travel agency. So all our bookings were made through them at the best price possible which includes the hot air balloon ride, red tour, green tour, ATV ride. We did all bookings after reaching the hotel. The staff was helpful. Overall a great experience. We would highly recommend this place.

The hotel was amazing cuz the room is so clean, the internet connection was good, the beds were fluffy, the toilets were good. We stayed at the cave with my family and we felt so special in this room. The staff was so kind and helpful to arrange activities for the kids. …I recommend this hotel to you guys!

Location is excellent, staff and service very good. The most remarkable was arrangement and cost of tours / excursion such as hot air balloon, spa, car etc by owner Mr. Kadir who is very nice person.

Good facilities, very comfortable, good lighting. Smell from bathroom was awful, also the staff wanted £50 for a face towel as it had makeup on it, we refused to pay £50 so they dropped it to £20. I still think that’s inappropriate as makeup does wash off towels. And £20 for a hand towel is still extortionate . This one incident put a dampener on the whole stay which in all fairness was a good stay
