It is a beautiful place in a quiet section walkable to town (5 minute walk) and within 10 minutes of Uchisar and Pigeon Valley and Love Valley. Balloons often go right in front of the property, offering beautiful views, and the sauna, steam room and pool were a delight to enjoy. The breakfast was fantastic every morning!! Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful and warm. The ONLY thing that would make this place a 10 for me would be if it had a roof terrace. It was the only thing missing from a perfect stay.

We especially want to thank Zilan, Beyzan, and Alper for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their warm service made us feel genuinely welcomed. If you are visiting Cappadocia, this hotel is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return someday!

It’s Ambiance

Location, staff and place is beautiful

This was easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Absolutely gorgeous theming that is as majestic in person as the photos depict. Amenities are wonderful as is the food (enjoyed breakfast all three mornings of my stay as well as dinner one night.) Location is perfectly situated in Goreme-Down the road from town and about a mile from the open air museum. Beautiful view of the balloons in the morning and super lovely and helpful staff to boot. (Special shout out to Ms. Ayşenur, the Front Office Supervisor and Su from the Lilith restaurant for the exceptional service and lovely conversation each morning at breakfast!) Nothing- everything was amazing

Really special and unusual property. The decor was quite interesting. All the nudity in the property art was a little off putting to my Muslim boyfriend but it didn’t bother me. We had a magnificent and HUGE copper tub in our bathroom, but at the cost of no windows in the room. This was a true cave room. I think most other rooms have windows. The breakfast is incredible. A giant Turkish breakfast brought with table service. Delicious. The spa was fantastic and we loved the pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Staff were very accommodating. We went off season and the rate was excellent and very competitive and included breakfast. The restaurant is pretty pricey, but the ambiance and food were great, mostly out of our budget to eat there but it is beautiful.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious. The design of the room and hotel amazing cool!! The location is in Goreme so close to all popular places. -

We booked in for two nights and added two more after we arrived. This is one of the nicest hotels in one of the nicest spots I’ve ever been. Loved everything about the hotel. Nothing

The place is beautiful. The decorations in the lobby, rooms, and spa are lovely. And the staff is great!

The location, the style + decor and our junior suite The aircon has issues. Also no aircon in lounge area, so room gets very warm.

The hotel is beautiful with many themed details tastefully exhibited throughout the premises. Management is sincere about complaints logged and make every effort to resolve a negative situation. The breakfast spread could cater a bit more for people who do not eat beef (chicken/lamb should feature on the breakfast menu). Some of the staff need to learn better english and customer service skills (breakfast area). Cleaning staff need to clean better.
