Breakfast was just ok. The room was not provided with toothpaste or toothbrushes.

One of the best rooms ever! Loved the breakfast overlooking the city. Loved the rooftop patio- we used it all the time and it was so special. One of the most unique views ever. Loved having a big bathtub and multiple hang out areas. Walked to town each night. It was snowing a lot and sometimes the tiles got a bit slippery. Some common spaces are only accessible by outdoor space. Maybe some salt would help when it snows especially to access common areas.

We absolutely loved this property and had the best stay!! We stayed in the fairy chimney room - it was so unique and spacious. It had its own private balcony and we could see the balloons from it. The rooftop terrace was also amazing - fantastic views of the balloons and city. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very nice! Definitely recommend!!

Anywhere you go, it’s within 15 min walk. Town is very small. Very quiet area - good sleep. Bedroom was big, bathroom was even bigger (relatively speaking) with jacuzzi. Breakfast is Turkish, so a lot of cheese, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, eggs, french fries , fruits, tea, coffee, juices, milk. Very good in MHO. Employees were wonderful: 1. when I visited 5 rental offices in town and all were empty, I came back to my hotel, front desk said not to worry, we will have you a rental car within an hour. In 55 min a car was out side the hotel, paperwork was done in 5 min, it worked out perfectly. 2. When my hot balloon ride was cancelled for weather, front desk saved the day again. They got me a ride with different company- again everything worked out great. 3. After I checked out they allowed me to store my bags for as long as necessary (6 hrs). Nothing.

The check out time is 11:30 am, I had a flight at 9:00 pm and I requested for a late check out till at least 2:00 pm which I’ve got in many countries but as Harman Caves is a boutique hotel they couldn’t accommodate my request as there are fewer rooms.

Uphill climb but worth it if you want a good view from your hotel

Harman cave hotel is noted exactly as shown online as a 3 star hotel in providing the bare essentials and nothing more. Location is nice as you receive a nice aerial review of the outdoor landscape. However, anything else is just average. Breakfast was nothing crazy or special and honestly, it could be skipped for better food. The hotel is located about a 10 min walk from the center of Goreme. Some staff is nice, while one cleaning lady seemed a bit grumpy towards me. There was one instance where the staff needed to check the air conditioner in my room and I was busy to let them in my room, but they heavily insisted and that made me very annoyed, especially since it felt like I had the lack of privacy for my room. For the amount of money I paid, I was expecting a more luxury experience and certain amenities such as tissues or napkins that a regular hotel would supply. The rooftop is a nice place to grab a nice aerial view and see the whole city, but otherwise nothing special.

The staff was helpful and did not push tours or expensive transfers to the airport. The breakfast room was large and the food was abundant and very good. There were many terraces and lounge areas on each level. The hot air balloons were cancelled due to too much wind, but I felt that the hotel’s location might have been too far for good pictures from the property.

Two things we liked: the rooftop for hot air balloons watching and the spacious toilet with bath tub. Nothing much. Exceeded our expectations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and there was always available parking around the hotel. The riom was amazing and very comfortable. The hotel had a panoramic terrace with beautiful views, and we were able to watch the balloons at sunrise. The A/C had a problem, and although I informed the hotel, no proper action was taken. This did not spoil our stay because the outside temperature at night was nice, and we could sleep with the balcony door open.

The cave rooms felt nice The breakfast was not upto par. Nothing tasted good.

The hotel is situated in a great location with stunning views of the surrounding landscape and comes with a viewing deck to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we knew what to expect on each trip we booked. They were very accommodating and helped with booking each activity. Would highly recommend. The bed was quite firm and not overly comfortable.
