Great location, very friendly staff. It immediately felt like home! The room was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast! The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but no big deal.

We had an excellent stay at Terra Cave Hotel and would rate it 10/10. The location in Göreme is fantastic, with several great restaurants nearby (do make reservations as they can get busy). The hotel helped arrange a mixed tour for us, and everything was seamless with smooth pickup and drop-off. A special shoutout to Servet, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay — he assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging transport for a Dervish show, which made the experience very convenient. The breakfast was good with a nice variety each morning. One of the highlights was the terrace view — watching the hot-air balloons at sunrise was truly beautiful. Our King Cave room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom that included a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and we had great rest during our stay. Do note that some places in Cappadocia prefer cash over card, so it’s good to have some on hand. We also mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel kindly decorated our room for us — a very sweet and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, comfort, and location. Highly recommended!

Cozy and comfortable Everything was really good.

The room (and the hotel as a whole) was really gorgeous. Carved in the rock, beautifully decorated, very quiet (when you've just been in Istanbul, that contrast was striking). The staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff at Terra Cave was very accommodating to go above and beyond with their customer service, prime location closer to the top with great rooftop views, working with me to help get my room changed when it wasn't meeting expectations, and the daily breakfast was amazing! The first room I was given was different from what I expected so I had to change rooms and pack last minute before an excursion we had to go to but the staff was accommodating to move my bags for me.

Fantastic location, really friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms. No complaints, would absolutely stay here again!
