Beautiful hotel Great customer service and the hospitality team are very helpful and friendly

the location is great and you can watch the balloon and sometimes it is over your head, the staff are very nice. the breakfast could be better, but to be fair, it is free and given the price we paid, i wouldn't complain too much

Small and cozy Needs some maintenance

The location was great, the rooftop views were amazing, and the room had the charm of the caves but was modernized and comfortable. They also helped book airport transfers, and daily breakfast was nice. The nature of being in a cave is that it's damp and sand falls from the ceiling regularly. I guess it adds to the experience! The humidity left everything quite muggy, but there was a dehumidifier that I ran constantly and that helped. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop bar was not in use. It looked like it might be getting renovated.

Amazing cave rooms with plenty space and great decoration. Since the town is small, everything was walking distance and close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shops and others. The owner was very helpful and kind. They had one of the best breakfast of my trip to Turkey. Nothing bad to say everything was better than excepted.

Amazing stay at Luvi Cave Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cave room was clean, cozy, and unique. The rooftop view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was unforgettable. Great location and delicious breakfast too. Highly recommend!

Customer service was outstanding. The reception organized all of our airport travel and assisted us with all of our excursions. The accommodation was extremely modern and comfortable.

I really want to thank Boris and the whole team of staff at Luvi! I was a little stressed about our balloon tour because the weather surrounding the days we were there were not looking too good. But Boris and his team worked with me to cancel and rebook on the days we wanted and we had a successful flight day! They also helped coordinate airport shuttles which were seamless! My family and I enjoyed the breakfast everyday we were there (different variations came out prepared daily). Overall, this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at amongst all my travels in different countries and the staff are just so kind and lovely. Highly highly recommend to anyone coming to Cappadocia!

They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Boris, whose thoughtfulness made our trip extraordinary. He welcomed us with a birthday cake, arranged everything seamlessly, and responded quickly to all our questions and needs. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the rooftop was wonderfully cozy with its warm fireplace—perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing every single morning: fresh, delicious, and plentiful. And the view… absolutely fairytale-like, especially when the hot air balloons rose into the sky. It felt magical. Luvi is a wonderful proberty in the central Cappadocia town of Goreme. It was a perfect base for our stay in the region. What made it absolutley exceptional was Gurkab, the hotel manager. We are seasoned international travelers, but Gurkab's time and intention with us in setting up an itineray and recommending and arranging tours was truely over-the top. Such a fun and personable man - I feel like I have a Cappadocia connection that will stay with me always. Addtionally, we found all the staff; from the young men that helped with our luggage to the ladies who put up an incrediable daily breakfast to be absolutely charming.

The terrace area is amazing with loads of space (including an indoor area) to watch the balloons, it felt like it was in the centre of the whole of Goreme with prime viewing. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, we loved it. Staff was great too and very helpful! n/a

The hotel was conveniently located near the center of Göreme. We could see the hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace, which was an amazing experience. The owner was very friendly and gave us clear explanations about the tours and local attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the towels were changed daily. Breakfast was also quite good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Need more lights in the bathroom.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and we LOVED our stay. 11/10 overall. The hotel staff were so lovely and they made our stay all the more memorable. Great hotel terrace where you can see the sunrise with the hot air balloon. Everything was perfect.
