Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Location was very good, easily walkable to everything in town. The staff was wonderful. Rooftop deck could have been nicer, more welcoming.

Location and the services

I stayed 3 nights. The room area are in caves, yet with great amenities. I came in winter cold outside, but inside very warm. The breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food and drinks. The breakfast is worth half of the value already considering how expensive food is in turkey. The staff very nice. Always helpful.

- staff was super friendly helped us with everythg that was needed. - when we landed it has snowed and was freezing but as soon as we entered the hotel it felt very homely and warm. - the rooms were very spacious and clean - you can see the amazing hot air balloons from the roof - no need to go anywhere - just wake up and go the hotel roof and get amazing valley view and hot air balloon.

Great location with a stellar view. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. Wonderful breakfast each morning. I liked having so many options to keep variety with the first meal of the day. The room was cozy and tidy. A cave room isn’t something you find just anywhere which made it special. Be aware that the steps are steep and you may hear people outside your room. It’s the small price to pay for staying in such a unique place. I just kept soft instrumental music playing to muffle sounds.

Everything about this hotel was great , the location , the spotless clean rooms , the jacuzzi , the courtyard and mostly the view of the balloons from the terrace , also the breakfast that was amazing. Special thanks to the Kind receptionist and the owners Mr. Cemil and Miss. Angela that gave us an early check in and Late Checkout. We Highly recommend this quiet and amazing hotel.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed and with amazing views. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. And the activities offered were so much fun — there was always something to do! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back again! Our stay was fantastic, Angela was so lovely and welcoming and gave us so many tips about the area. The hotel is so close to Goreme town and in a fantastic location. I wish we had longer! ?
