The staff was super attentive, always welcoming and eager to help. The rooftop is ideal for watching the balloons at sunrise. It is slightly detached from the city centre. Even though the town is small and walking distances are not large, it’s a 10-minute-walk from town square.

This is truly one of the best cave hotels in Göreme, and the fact that this was our second stay here says everything. We chose to return because of the wonderful experience we had during our first visit, especially the kindness and professionalism of all the staff members. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. To our surprise, they upgraded us for free from a standard room to the Queen Suite, which made our stay even more memorable. Their generosity and attention to detail are exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and feels like stepping into a fairy tale. Staying here is a unique experience that makes you feel as if you are in another world. One of the highlights is the terrace, which is easily one of the most beautiful in Göreme. Watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise from the terrace is an unforgettable experience and one of the best views you can find in Cappadocia. The location is also perfect. It is within walking distance of the town center, restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it very convenient to explore Göreme on foot. If we ever return to Cappadocia, there is no doubt that we will stay at this hotel again. We would not even consider choosing another place. The hotel is close to the main points of interest. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was charming. The rooftop views were spectacular and lounging area options to soak it all in was great. Breakfast is served 8-9:30 and they had a variety of options, buffet style. They do have someone on staff 24/7 and they have security cameras they monitor at the front desk. They were prompt to go greet whomever appeared on cameras as a new face. I felt safe. Super short stroll into town with charming shops, backdrops, and of course the natural wonders to view along the way. Nothing to say.

I had a lovely stay at Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made everything feel easy and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious — a great start to each day. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, which gives it amazing views for watching the balloons at sunrise and catching the sunset. Just a heads-up: the incline to get there is a bit steep, so if you’re not a fan of uphill walks, you might want to keep that in mind.

Great location with a fantastic rooftop terrace for balloon watching. The staff are incredibly helpful with information on things to do in the area and helped us to book all our activities and gave lovely restaurant recommendations too. Only downside was that the mattress and pillow was very hard and uncomfortable.

It was an amazing experience for us. The room was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was fabulous and very welcoming. The location was great, the room is quiet, and the rooftop balcony was a fantastic view of the whole city and probably of the balloons if they hadn’t canceled them.

Breafast is fresh, and they can make you an omelette if you want to. Ali at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything patiently. (He also showed us photos of his cute cats ?). Gece, the hotel puppy is the friendliest sweetest dog ever!

The cave room was spacious. The rooftop has amazing view of Goreme and the balloons. The free breakfast was good. The climb up the hill to get to the hotel however it's the price to pay for the amazing view from the hotel.

The rooftop view to see the hot air balloons is perfect!!! In early April, I almost had the entire rooftop to myself. The staff was so accommodating and the amenities are SUPER clean since it's a newer cave hotel.
