It has a great view, and it was very clean ,comfortable,and friendly staffl just one thing I didn’t like it ,it was breakfast it was very normal according to the price we paid

The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had the family room and definitely felt like we were sleeping in a cave. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The beds were uncomfortable and we could hardly sleep. They rooftop furniture is worn and not inviting. The breakfast was okay.

The location. Uniqueness. The stairs leading to and from the rooms were not well lit.

The upper terrace was not as portrayed in pictures. Our room was next to a set of stairs, so we heard when people would go up or down.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff, the breakfast, the accommodations and the location. Beautiful place to stay.

We loved it, especially the kids. It gave an experience of living in a cave but comfortably. The location was awesome; the staff was incredible! Perhaps it's a bit too dark. Adding more lights will help. Breakfast menu can also be improved. But hot eggs on the menu were the saviors!

The hotel's original toiletries used by the previous guest were left in the bathroom when I entered the room.

The room was heated and was comforting after a long day of touring outside. The bathroom was getting cleaned up everyday, no need to request. The toiletries are getting stocked up everyday. The breakfast hall was very warm and clean. The staff are all nice and friendly. I hope they can install the bidet in the washroom.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They help us to start bon fire for one night and served us tea or coffee when we are waiting at the lobby. The day tour they provide is also great, you can join the tour if you need. There were quite dusty in the room, not sure because there are always sand in this area or they just didn’t clean the floor that often.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It wasn't in the center of the busy streets, making it peaceful, but still close enough walk to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Goreme. It is right next to the start of the Pigeon Valley trail as well. The room was great, no complaints. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop due to the bad weather that cancelled the hot air balloons -- so no opinion on that.

Hera Cave Suites is just perfect. The staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent, with shops and restaurants only a five-minute walk away. The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the different terrace levels with plenty of places to sit and take in the beautiful view of Göreme. The rooftop terrace is lovely too. Nothing, everything was great.
