The view from our room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of delicious items to choose. The staff was very responsive, helpful and cheerful ensuring a very delightful stay. These were things the hotel really couldn't control but there was some street noise (car horns and fighting cats) just outside our room that woke us up.

The staff were very accommodating. They were very helpful on booking tours and answering questions. The room and bathroom were very small. The garbage wasn’t taken out. It only had two pillows and it was very warm with no AC. The views were watching the balloon was slightly obscured.

This is a very nice hotel. You can sit indoor or outdoor for breakfast. We arrive early in the morning and they gave us the room early which is very good. The breakfast is ready at 8 and allow us to eat early so we have more time for the day. The rooms are nice, good experience to stay in cave hotel. The owner and staff very nice. We asked for no clean because we only stay for 2 nights, the cleaning lady asked us if we need water and gave us which is very good and very hospitality. The owner also helped us to bring up and down the luggage because one of the bedroom is lower floor. I recommend this hotel very much. None.

We are so happy we booked this stay, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and were easily accessible by WhatsApp messenger. They helped us book our balloon ride without having to walk into town. It’s located off the main area which was nice as it was a little quieter than the main area which can feel quite busy, yet it is still only a few minutes walk to several restaurants and 5-10 minutes walk to the main downtown area (note that some of the roads are at a decent incline). WiFi worked well. Breakfast spread was amazing. Plenty of balcony space as the hotel is only 9 rooms, good views of fairy chimneys since it’s on a hill although there are several other adjacent balconies visible from nearby hotels. Water for showers was nice and hot. Overall very worth the price! Mattress was quite firm

very beautiful space. has a great view of Göreme and the balloons in the morning. the breakfast served in the morning was absolutely fantastic. the staff are very kind and prepare quite a Turkish spread. it is at almost the top of Göreme so be prepared to have a bit of a walk up to the stay. only minus about the room was the spring bed was quite worn so there was a large bump in the middle of us.

The hotel was very charming, clean and filled all of our needs. The staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast very good with many options. The view from the roof terrace is magical and is a peaceful place to sit. Parking can be challenging. Because the area is so unique and is a very popular destination, there is constantly a lot of traffic on these narrow roads. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, great for cardio vascular.

Fun with good location. Fun to be part of the cave theme. Good breakfast. Good views from breakfast area. Tight old roads to get there, difficult parking, and no A/C (but they do have a big fan that helps a lot). No mini-fridge.

All of the staff was so kind and welcoming. The place was very nice and clean. The views from the hotel were beautiful, especially for sunrise and sunset.

The front desk guys were very nice! The view from the hotel room and rooftop were really pretty. The room is cute but tiny. They arranged our airport shuttle and very good location. We booked a balloon flight tour in Goreme with them and they cancelled two days before our tour and told us to go to one of the valleys instead since everyone else will be there. The day before we arrived they told us they are flying in goreme again the day we booked it originally but now it costs 2x more than what we originally paid. We already booked a tour with a different company in one of the valleys but it took so long and we missed the hotel breakfast but they wouldn't give us packed breakfast.

Really lovely room and really, really lovely staff. The place is located near the center and you can reach nice restaurants and stores within a quick walk. The room were clean, tidy and nice. The owner helped us to organise everything (balloon flight, airport pickups). We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure!
