The mattress needs to be changed, almost gave me a backache, and also the shower water pressure was bad. Expected a bit more from the breakfast, most of the things were not fresh.

I like the location of the property. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I loved the sunrise and sunset views and the views of the city from the hotel 4 terraces. I liked our room with a view of the area. I liked the 4 outdoor patios with seating to enjoy the views.

The room service and housekeeping could have been much better organized. The room was cleaned, but it did not feel like a deep or detailed cleaning. Some items were not properly arranged or replenished, such as quilts and the coffee bar items. Overall, the housekeeping experience felt inconsistent and could be improved to match the otherwise nice experience of the hotel.

I like the hotel, it was in the center of city very walkable area. I felt very safe.

There was a strong smell of mold, the towels were thin and looked old, the floor wasn’t cleaned and the breakfast had spoiled cake.

I liked that the property had an awesome view. I did not like that the room I booked was very high and there were many sets of stairs to get up there. Very tiring.

Our room was very big and we really enjoyed the whirlpool in the evenings. The staff was very helpful even before our arrival. Great value for the money we paid. The care for details is missing. It would be a great place worth a 10. Unfortunately there where few things such as ripped towels ore hanging cables that could be adjusted in order to improve the experience. The dogs are very nice, but get quite aggressive if none of the staff is around.

The room was very comfortable and the location was amazing! The bathroom lighting could be a little brighter and the bedding could be a little more comfortable with more pillows and thicker mattresses.

The hotel was beautiful, they give us a free upgrade on our room and it was amazing, breakfast was included and also very good, the stuff very friendly and quick to respond our questions, they allowed us to store our bags after checking out since we had a evening flight. Overall our stay was really good.

Very friendly and supportive staff. The view outside the room. The location was very convenient. And breakfast was diverse and good. I am sure the place looks more beautiful when all the flowers are in bloom. There were construction activities ongoing at another hotel which was impacting part of the view. The good thing is that this is not permanent.

its a cave hotel because its a cave hotel, there is no lift, so it a struggle to bring our luggage up stair although the staff help us to bring the luggage. I also feels that a few sand on my feet when walking inside the room although I know that they already clean it, maybe its because it is a cave hotel. The breakfast is a variatif turkish breakfast although i would prefer continental breakfast. Its better if they could start the breakfast earlier or provide take away breakfast to cater customer that want to start their day early before 8.30. I also a bit disapointed because there were a major construction in front of the hotel. It obstructed the view from their terrace, while this was the major point why we chose the hotel. But fortunately the hotel location near sunset point so we can walk 10-15 minute to see the balloons. the hotel is a bit far from the center and need to hike up and down to go to the center.

The one only bad thing is the smell from bathroom. It can be really big problem for sensitive to smells people. I just closed the door in bathroom and there was no smell in the bedroom.

Elite Cave Suites is located about 5 minutes from the main street of Goreme. Interesting character hotel with great staff. All good

The location, it’s so close to the restaurants, souvenir shops, and the sunset deck The aesthetic, very cave like the cats and the dog, periodt. I’m very sensitive to the smell. Sometimes, especially in the morning, the bathroom kinda smell bad. Probably because of the sewer system.
