The room and the bed was great The pool should have a little bit more beds

Facilities are well organized and feels high quality built. The big downside of this hotel is the food and the restaurant and bar staff. The food is not consistently well…if you visit mid week expect lower quality of food. once the weekend came the buffet became much better. Also the snack bar is super basic with even simple stuff like french fries are not included. The restaurant and bar staff feel young and inexperienced. They don’t give you the feel you’re being served professionally and most importantly with kindness.

Absolutely stunning hotel. It’s the perfect size and everything was immaculate! You didn’t feel it was overcrowded during meals and overall had so much space! The gym and spa was also 10/10. Very close to the beach too. For an all inclusive food was amazing, fresh and different with variety. The cocktails and bar staff were excellent too. As was Niko the restaurant manager. Everyone was wonderful and kind. The treadmill was a little jittery when using - may need to be replaced in the gym.

Lovely and clean, great pools, great beds, great shower. Could have done with more hooks and storage in the room. Food was fairly limited and some odd combinations.

The staff is fantastic. The facilities felt never crowded and it was a perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. There were no waiting times at the restaurant or bar and the pool area did not feel hectic as it is sometimes the case in larger all inclusive places (I did not travel during peak season). The cleanliness was good. Facilities were very modern and new. The food selection is not massive but of high quality and there are always enough options. It is not really a negative point as it was fully transparent in the description. The hotel has no direct beach access and there are not that many options for activities directly around the hotel. But the staff is very supportive in organising activities such as day trips or cruises and a bus stop for easy access to other parts of the island is around 8min walk from the hotel if you do not want to hire a car.

Amazing staff, everything is clean and looks brand new There’s a flight landing route above the hotel so there’s some airplanes noise a few times a day

Beautiful and quiet. So relaxing. Nothing at all. It was a lovely hotel

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Noble! Especially because of the staff. Bartender Alex is hardworking, creative and just an amazing guy who you can also chat and laugh with. Also his new colleague in the morning shift (we don't know her name) is already doing very well and has a lovely spirit. The servers and cooks really did a great job elevating our food experience. The service from especially Alex, but also Costa, Catharina and Irma was caring and a lot of fun (thanks for teaching us some Greek and Cretan words!). Manu is a kind and detailed manager who stepped in during service and behind the bar in the evening when needed. Also, the food is divers and high quality. You can sense that good food is of big importance to the hotel. A special shout out to the cleaning lady (we think her name is Maria) because everyday she's so cheerful and hardworking. Furthermore, we loved the room! The bed is super comfortable and the shower is huge. The pillow menu and the possibility to change the lights to different settings are nice touches. Also, the pools are beautiful and the sunbeds are so comfortable and relaxing. We know the hotel is new and the labor market isn't great, but we think the bar was a bit understaffed. There is only one bartender every shift who has to make all the drinks, including very good but time consuming cocktails. Therefore, you had to wait in line for quite a while sometimes. Therefore we suggest to put two bartenders in the bar. This would make sense because in service there were always at least four people attending around 60 people at a time, who only had to clear plates and fetch drinks since it's a buffet. So, having two bartenders when everyone is chilling at the pool wanting drinks, would make a lot of sense. This would also benefit the overlap of closing the poolbar while opening the evening bar. Also, service at the pool would be nice and contribute a bit more to the 5 star experience. It was a bit weird that the maitre didn't talk to us for a week and only started chit chatting and being overly nice to us on the last evening. We know you can't like everyone you're serving or having an off day but this switch felt a bit too unreal which is what we don't want to experience at a 5 star hotel. A big thing we would like to be changed is a stair railing for the stairs in between the two major pools, because it's missing right now and the tiles are quite slippery (the tiles could also be replaced).

Great hotel! Very beautiful! Room was amazing, beautiful! Food is excellent!! Loved it sooo much! Different and very tasty! Drinks as well great! Personal is very friendly! Hotel has pool and some fitness activities. One small thing is that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach, you need to walk outside for it

Stunning property, very clean and well presented. The food is buffet style and I really enjoyed the variety that they had each day. For me it was fresh and lots of healthy options as well as more indulgent options. They also make sensational cocktails and that’s saying something as I live in London. The pool area is really clean and isn’t over chlorinated, I think it might be a salt water pool also and the sun loungers are comfy. The lady who comes around to engage everyone in sports is hilarious and such a friendly person and engaged with everyone giving tips for where to go to on the island. The staff were really lovely, and the housekeepers even leave little presents for you such as candies and bottles of wine. Bed was super comfy and you get a pillow menu and well stocked mini bar in your room. They did a superb job cleaning the rooms! Downside: I’d say the pool rooms are not what you expect. I booked one of these and they are right in front of the restaurant with no privacy, they are SUPER tiny, no idea how 2 people could stay in them, also a huge retainer wall in front so a limited view. I was out in the room on the bed which didn’t have a pool in front of it, was too the side and so I had two stone walls in front of me and felt like I was in a cave. However after speaking to reception they moved me to a balcony room. I’d say book a room without a pool and have a balcony instead, much nicer and better for privacy. The suites are SO much bigger, for sure spend your money on those. Location: isn’t much there. Wasn’t a problem for us though as we had hired a car so got out and about. Also, it’s such a stunning hotel that if staying in the hotel the whole time is your vibe then you’ll be happy. For us we like to go out and about so we had to get in the car to do that and see things of interest.

Since it is a new hotel, it is stylish and clean. The staff is also working very hard to keep it clean all the time. We had a swim up room, which was perfect, since you get your private lounger and don't need bother reserving the ones at the main pool. The food was amazing, very high quality the same goes for coctails, only the a-brand drinks and other ingredients were used. I do hope they keep the same quality.

Exceptionally clean spacious rooms with fantastic pool areas, comfortable sun beds, great bar and good food. Whist it didn’t create a problem for our stay it was occasionally difficult to get sun beds due to people putting the towels out early.

A new, pampering hotel, good food and excellent service from all the hotel employees. A variety of cocktails and alcohol is included until 23:00. Car rental from the hotel lobby company max value rentals reasonable prices and excellent service. An excellent experience is definitely worth the price.

Aesthetics of the hotel were very good and finished to a very high standard. Quality of food and dishes were excellent, and drinks menu was extensive, especially the cocktails. All of the all inclusive wines and beer were very nice. Room was modern and was also very clean - the beds were especially comfortable. Also the pool sunbeds were of a superb standard. Overall the hotel is stunning, especially the pool area and cleanliness throughout was excellent. The cleaners deserve a lot of credit as they were constantly working throughout the whole day/evening! Upon arrival we weren't greeted very enthusiastically - this then lead onto the facilities not being fully explained to us (I.e. where to get our pool towels, where the amenities were, etc). This service then ran common throughout our experience. Going to dinner we didn't get shown to our table, waited well over 10 minutes to get acknowledged on occasions and often took a long time to get served drinks throughout the day. This led us to realise that there simply weren't enough staff at the hotel and that they seemed to be struggling. One person behind the bar at a 60+ room hotel isn't enough. There is also no pool drinks service so when it is taking a long time to get drinks this becomes quite frustrating. Throughout the day someone was coming round to collect the glasses however there was a build up of dirty glasses and plates by the toilet area each day. Reserving sunbeds here is a necessity as there aren't enough. People were getting up at 7am to get sunbeds and lots of people were getting frustrated (in fairness they did order around 10 more in on our last day). The room was really nice but some little tweaks would help - storage isn't great; there is only one wardrobe with a couple of drawers. There is no full length mirror or hand towel rails in the room either. If these were added it would top off what is already a lovely room. There was no evening entertainment apart from the first night we arrived - this is a shame as the evening bar is such a lovely outside area however the ambiance there is silent - there at least needs to be some background music being played. We spoke with the manager on the last day and gave some feedback. We fully understand that this is a new hotel so there are going to be some teething issues so hopefully these are quick fixes going forward but overall the service was disappointing.

Beautifully Designed Rooms: The hotel’s rooms are stunning. They are well-appointed with a modern design that immediately gave us a sense of luxury. The decor and the attention to detail in the room’s layout were impressive. Very Friendly Staff: The staff was one of the highlights of our stay. They were warm, welcoming, and did their best to accommodate our needs throughout the stay. When we weren’t happy with the view from our initial room, they switched us to a better one without any hassle, showing a genuine desire to improve our experience. Private Swim-Up Pool: Our Junior Suite had a private swim-up pool, which was fantastic. It offered a sense of privacy and was perfect for a relaxed afternoon. The swim-up pool definitely enhanced the overall atmosphere of our stay. Comfortable Bed: The rooms feature very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. After long days, we appreciated the comfort and serenity of our room. Extensive Drinks Package: The drinks package is quite varied, with plenty of options. However, some drinks were not included in the all-inclusive package and required an additional charge, which can be frustrating if you're expecting everything to be covered. Spa Experience: The spa was a treat. Special mention to the ladies, who provided a wonderful massage, leaving us relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa staff's committment to providing the best experience possible was highlighted when upon receiving feedback about a small issue with our treatment they offered us a complimentary 30 minute massage. Sewage Smell in the Room: Unfortunately, our room had a persistent sewage smell, which was quite off-putting. Initially, we thought this was just an issue with our room, but we spoke with other couples who had the same problem. The front desk advised us to let the shower run for a while to reduce the smell, and while that did help, this appears to be a recurring issue that the hotel must address. Substandard Food: The food quality did not live up to the hotel's 5-star rating. Most of the dishes were served lukewarm or cold, and many were drenched in sauce, which made them heavy and unappetizing. Over the course of our stay, we noticed a lack of variety, with the same beef dishes being served repeatedly, all with similar flavors. Greece is known for its rich and diverse cuisine, but unfortunately, this was not reflected in the hotel's dining offerings. We even ended up dining outside the hotel a few nights just for some variety. Also, while breakfast was a buffet, dinner should really be à la carte in a 5-star establishment. The lack of snacks or food outside of set meal times was also disappointing. Lack of Sunbeds by the Main Pool: Although there is space, there simply weren’t enough sunbeds around the main pool. It was a daily struggle to find a spot, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere that the hotel aims to provide. Understaffed Bar and Dining Area: The hotel is clearly understaffed in certain areas. The bar, for instance, often had only one person serving drinks, leading to long wait times, especially near closing time. The all-inclusive bar also closes at 11 pm, which is unacceptable considering it’s an all-inclusive package. Additionally, not all bartenders seemed to be equally trained, leading to inconsistencies in service. At meal times, there were also too few servers, resulting in slow drink service. On several occasions, we had to get up and fetch drinks ourselves as our orders were forgotten.

I really liked the hotel. It's impossible for me to choose what I liked best. From the staff to the infrastructure... it was worth every euro paid What I liked least was the fact that the breakfast menu didn't have much healthy variety. Everything was fruit-based, sausages, bacon, croissants, pastries... I wish there was more variety at breakfast. As for lunch and dinner, in general I enjoyed all the meals, they always varied, which was great. But many of the meals were based on sauces such as tomato. The fish is incredible. The fruit often showed signs of spoiling... the desserts didn't vary much.

This hotel is one of the best hotels so far. It is a new hotel with great staff. The rooms are very luxurious, the same goes for the outdoor area, the pools. The cocktails are so so so good! As for the food, it is a very refined cuisine. For certain dishes you have to be a fan of cinnamon, which is typical for Greece. This hotel is ideal if you want to relax. If we may explain small tips: we had room 1001 and missed a few wall hooks or coat racks outside the closet or shower. There is a small pouf but no mirror at seat height. We also missed a long mirror to look at outfits. These are not a must, but can be a positive addition. We want to thank Alexander for the great service and great conversations. We really enjoyed our time there. A big thank you!
