breakfast was good staff was good room i booked wasn't room i booked online was told that i needed to phone beforehand to confirm then i had to complain after climbing all that stairs with kids to find a room with single bung beds then climb back down to ask for a different room to accommodate me and kids

The view was super cool, Nice food Friendly staff , and rooms were very clean Bugs , small things moving around, more especially in the bathroom

The view, cleanliness and staff were superb 1.Geyser. My room didn't have hot water for 2 consecutive days 2.Breakfast was fine, but the sausage wasn't great Booking.com made a mess of my booking. I'm still not pleased at all with how Booking.com messed up my booking. That was the low light of my stay at The Chapman Hotel.

We left without having full breakfast. There was a big group of people and all the tables were occupied ? The only thing I didn't like is that we were so hungry and we had to leave and get breakfast somewhere else

Location and parking as well as accessibility to Restaurants in walking distance. Power point to charge laptop and phone was not working, ripped out of socket with open wiring showing. TV did not work. No soap in shower container.
