The staff was nice and the room was clean The room was very small for 2 people. I didn't like the view at all because my view was the parking lot

We were in a non sea facing room, overlooking the SANDF. Not a great view.

Food was great! That you have to pay more on the day that you check in to have a sea view room. Rather include that in the price from the start.

The facility is new and clean and the restaurant was fine. Breakfast was very good. Entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked from the main Beachfront street and the noise from adjacent rooms and the hallways is loud.

We ate Breakfast Out in shopping Centres Some of the Electrical switches did not function. > Reading Lamp on Left hand side (Facing the Bed) switch or connection Faulty. Flicked on then off > The Three Prong Plug switch worked but you got the feeling it was not switching properly (No Click on or Off) > Shower Door Handel Was Loose and appeared to be on the wrong side ? Outside ? Not sure how to close the Door ?

Everything was good. Staff was exceptional. The second lift was not working, and yet it was not barricaded. As a result, children got stuck in it for more than 2 hours without any assistance to get them out.
