Room location cleanliness amenities and balcony viewing the ocean all great no pool. we would have stayed an extra week if you had a pool

The breakfast was delicious and vast, while the location of the hotel is super convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the fact of having own iron and board, microwave and toaster makes it even more great. Having to use WhatsApp for room service is a bit impersonal and invasive somewhat. Also takes away the professionality of your staff, they become too casual as WhatsApp is an app meant for casual chat among familiar people. Further to this point, all requests made via WhatsApp were not attended to and numerous times I had to go to reception to follow up on a request. Sticking to old, winning formulas even in changing times isn't always a bad thing. Please reconsider the WhatsApp.

beautiful views, recently renovated and mostly well designed room, good location relative to beach and shops, very efficient and friendly staff, pretty hotel. Noise from highway just in front of hotel was disturbing; even more disturbing were loud guests arriving late at night and having arguments and discussions just outside our room. Insulation, both for sound and drafts is very poor in the rooms. There were no hooks and insufficient bars in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothing.

I liked the large rooms and large bathroom, the beds were very comfy, I liked have a sea view, I liked the swimming pool and the proximity to the boardwalk The floor in the room was laminate which meant it got dusty very quickly

Good size room though perhaps the hotel was beginning to look a little tired and dated. That said the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.
