Great location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room was not a “garden view” and it was not a king bed and there was no plug near the bed for my Cpap machine.

Receptionist never even cared to give me details about the property. There was no toilet brush in the toilet, Old TV which only had few channels.

It was close to the beach and the mall and the casino , the beds had white linen and the complimentary toiletries Nothing

Sleeping couch in room was horrible, bed was good, could put more coffee and sugar in rooms.

Beds are too small, very difficult to get luggage from car to room, no lifts for downstairs, especially with heavy luggage.

1. The cleaning staff didn't make an effort to clean or notify me that they needed to clean. 2. No elevator to the ground floor. Real problem if you have heavy bags. 3. Not much of a view. 4. The staff seemed very disgruntled.

The cleaning service was very uncoordinated. They would come to clean the room at all odd times of the day.

The food was amazing and the building was so clean. I even liked the setup.

I originally booked a room with 2 single beds for disability purposes. They were unable to give that as their disability rooms only have double beds.

Breakfast very good but your chef making the eggs was a bit surly could be more friendly. ( a bit of training needed here) Location is excellent. All your other staff were friendly and helpful from the reception to the parking guards. Your surly unfriendly Chef
