The breakfast is exceptional. The location is ideal, right by the city center, yet away from the traffic. The service is outstanding and the staff are wonderfully warm. We've always loved Gramado, now we've also fallen in love with Interlaken too. We never came across anything to dislike in Gramado. Saying goodbye is always hard, but we leave hoping to come back soon.

The room was front facing and larger than I expected. There was a nice balcony with a great view. TV channels were not working (just the streaming apps) so I couldn't watch some sports events. Outlet placement was not ideal to charge the phone and couldn't plug next to bed. There was not much room in the shower.

This was honestly one of the cleanest and nicest smelling hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was great - one day even had 14 different cakes to choose from!!! The team at reception are lovely and very helpful, especially Luciana who works in the mornings. She was extremely friendly and polite. The bed was great!! Even though the hotel might seem a little expensive, everything is expensive in Gramado! So, taking that into consideration, this hotel is definitely worth the money!! Nothing - everything was great!!! However, maybe older people might not love the location as everything is about a 15-20 min walk away (but we loved this - Gramado is so beautiful so it’s nice to walk!!)
