The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful We couldn’t speak highly enough of the excellent food and service. We especially appreciated Leno who attended our breakfast table and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was as we wished. We loved the afternoon tea and the birthday surprises! My sister and brother in law from Ireland were most impressed and I was proud of Brazilian hospitality. Top marks for Ritta Höppner!! nothing to complain about

We loved the tranquil garden setting of our spacious apartment (Julieta) and enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. Tea/coffee facility in the room is a bonus. Breakfast simply couldn’t be better- delicious food and excellent table service. Staff always pleasant and courteous. Loved everything, no complaints

The staff was very friendly and accommodating every need at all times. They made every minute of our 4 night's stay easy and fun. We had our 7 month old baby, and they thought about everything to accommodate his needs. The food was amazing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Had massages two days in a row, very relaxing. The pool we had in the room, was lovely and relaxing. If I had to point at something, I would mention the bed was a little too soft on the sides, that if you lay down too close to the side, you would roll off. The bathroom window wouldn't shut properly.

Great location, a quick drive or enjoyable walk from the main streets of Gramado. The breakfast and high tea hour were both excellent and provided more than enough options for our family, which was especially important since we were with our 11 month old son. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a really lovely stay and hope to come back! Our chalet was a great size, but the actual bedroom was a bit small. There wasn't much space to put clothes and bags so it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger bedroom or more drawer and storage space. The mattresses weren't very comfortable given the quality of Ritta.

Seems built and managed with love. Beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of enchanting little things and details. Not cheap but worth it.

The city of Gramado is such a beautiful one. And when you stay in a property like the Ritta Höppner, it brings your admiration for the architecture, lush green gardens, flowering plants, and peaceful neighborhood to another level. The place is impeccable; the staff is always happy and eager to please. The breakfast selection is outstanding, with fresh bread, pastries, and a la carte egg-containing plates. The restaurant is a beautiful space. I would stay there again if I'd visit Gramado in the future for a second time. Totally worth it. Some of the staff do not have bilingual skills, making communication in English or Spanish difficult. However, they have a waiter at the restaurant, Robinson, who speaks Spanish like a native. It made our dinner memorable.

Great breakfast, with fresh juices, delicious pastries and good coffee The hotel is old but beautiful german buildings with renovated rooms on the top floors of the second building. The old building needs to upgrade their rooms, but still very comfortable though.

Staff. Breakfast. Location. Not crowded as the resorts / others hotels in Gramado Restaurant could offer more day to day food (rather than heavy German food only - which was very good by the way, but not for every day)
