I booked this room months ago. When I went to check in they stated my card couldn't be charged, therefore, booking through Expedia didn't happen. They requested I book through them and the cost of the room was $60 more. Why didn't Expedia contact me if my card wasn't working . . . they have my address, email and phone number. A hassle that wasn't necessary given the amount of information we have to provide to obtain a room not to mention the additional $$ it costs to solidify a room.

Room was nice. Clean. Comfortable It advertised breakfast and even had pictures but we were offered a bag with an orange or apple that was called breakfast to go.

No access to Netflix or Paramount Keep ask for extra towels Parking was not that great

Clean, quiet, comfortable

The only complaint I have is there was no breakfast. Only a protein bar and a water was availablefor breakfast. Clean and good condition.

The room furniture could be better.

Large room, comfy pillows, beds were ok No breakfast, price was a bit high for during the week stay with no breakfast available. It gave us a place to sleep. Elevator and hallways had an odor.

Breakfast was a mini water, mini protein bar, and an apple.

It was clean but could use a little updating.

the "breakfast" they advertise consists of a plastic bag with a bottle of water, an orange or apple, and a granola bar. Really?

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was great and even let us check in a couple hours early, which is pretty much unheard of. Our rooms were clean and very decently priced. Fresh cookies in the afternoon were a plus!! We will stay there again when we return to Grand Island.

Lean and affordable

If you are going to provide a piece of fruit, a bar and a water to go in a little grocery bag you should say that instead of leading people to believe you are providing breakfast. Coffee was un drinkable

The price was good but breakfast was a granola bar and fruit and water given to you in a bag you had to pick up. The rooms facing the major street are also very bright even with the windows closed, and when it’s hot the rooms are very warm with the ac having to work the whole time to try and keep things cooler.

The room was very clean, updated bathroom , the bed was very comfortable. Disappointed in the “breakfast.” It was a protein bar, choice of an apple or an orange and a bottle of water.

Don’t plan on breakfast. We got an apple, orange and granola bar. We had to stop for breakfast so the room was worth about $20 less. Other than that everything else was ok.
